This was my second visit to this location this year. With exception of the reason for my visits, they were pleasurable. Different staff, but very pleasant. I was treated with respect and concern. The visit was swift, and I felt like I was handled as if I was a family member. I must say I love Wellstars Urgent Care facilities. Prior to using this location I used the Cooper Lake location and walked away felling the same way.

I was offended the person who came in to administer the injection no bedside manners! She injected me in my hip and somehow the bandaid ended up on my arm! The nurse practitioner at first came off like I was a drug seeker for coming to the urgent care then when i addressed what she said she piggybacked saying she can see I'm in pain and there are other options out there I was already upset as I don't even take pain meds! I've never experienced anything like this before here so I'm still upset

I had to wait an hour as they were running behind. I was seen by NP Nina Lagarde and she was the BEST! I felt both seen and heard by her and would highly recommend her to everyone! Cannot say enough about her...great bedside manner, listens, understands, and I left feeling confident that I was in great hands!

This staff... from the receptionist the nurse and the treating physician were all phenomenal! They saved MY LIFE and I appreciate them ALL! They helped open my airway... gave me meds oxygen kept me speaking never allowing me to close my eyes and rest they called EMS for me... the teamwork and care was felt displayed and appreciated! I Thank whoever hired them! I would bring donuts but I don't want to disrespect your policies but I give MY THANK YOU!!!!!

I will say that I had the most amazing experience from the medical assistant to the nurse practitioner. I'll explain to them that my son was on the spectrum and they were so kind so gentle so understanding to the point where it brought me to tears. I felt safe there. My son felt safe there. No one judged my son. It was the best experience ever. I'm forever grateful for that medical assistant and the nurse practitioner that helped us that day.
