The wait was long even though when I arrived there was only one person ahead of me. Despite having a "reservation" people were taken back before me that came in after me. I'm not sure what the point is in having a reservation.

Everything from start to finish was wonderful. The staff is very professional and kind. They were good listeners to our problems, doing what was needed to make sure that we got a diagnosis of our illness and were very good about treating it. We couldn't have asked for a better place to go. They were just fantastic fantastic fantastic five star all the way.

The doctor did not touch me in any way. I came in wondering if it was a CAT scan. I did not have confidence in the reading of the CAT scan because things I know I have inside of my body were not on the report. I asked for it to be reread and my request was denied. And I did not receive an email when I emailed the provider after the appointment.

They kept me waiting too long after the doctor was done and didn't tell me I was done. I came out of the exam room for the bathroom and they saw me then told me I could go to the lobby. They don't work as a team.

I had a nail partially torn off. I was not treated. The doctor explained they did not have the tools to remove the remaining part of the nail! No tools at the hospital to remove a torn nail????!!!! I was told to see a podiatrist. I went to a competing urgent care where I was seen in 5 minutes and the doctor there removed the remaining part of the nail using hemostats.

I love this Urgent Care location, the parking area, the staff, waiting area, etc. I just had to wait a long time to be seen even though I made a reservation. There were a lot of other people there so I waited for them to be seen first. Long wait time in the lobby and in the room waiting for the Dr. I almost fell asleep in the room.

Dr didn't examine my son's hand only read the xray report and referred him to an orthopedic hand specialist. The xray report was also incorrect. It said he didn't not have a break, but a follow up with an orthopedic confirmed he did have fractures.
