Dr didn't examine my son's hand only read the xray report and referred him to an orthopedic hand specialist. The xray report was also incorrect. It said he didn't not have a break, but a follow up with an orthopedic confirmed he did have fractures.

Yes, just wanted to let you know, they were very, very attentive and I was very impressed with their care. I had not been there except for COVID and I was very pleased.

I had to wait quite a while for results of my x-ray and wait for the doctor to come in and it was very chilly in the room that I was sitting in. I would have liked to have had someone at the nursing staff or sitting outside my door come in and ask, you know, if I'd like a blanket, but they did not do that. But I asked myself and The girl jumped up from her desk and oh definitely and she ran and got a warm blanket for me. So that was nice. But I think sometimes when people are waiting and they have something that's, you know, they have discomfort, if the wait is long, they get the results, it would be nice if they would offer that, just like maybe offer bottled water also. Thank you.
