The staff is excellent. The Dr. was excellent also. She explained everything to me. When you are not feeling well it is great to have staff members show concern about you.

My friend, whom I was visiting, told me that this was an outstanding facility, and she was right. Starting with the receptionist, then the nurse, then the doctor, each was friendly, pleasant, and competent. The question concerning handwashing has no option for choosing that the patient didn't notice or was not aware of the hand washing. I could not continue with the survey unless I answered that question. I didn't notice whether the staff washed or sanitize their hands, but I had to reply in order to continue with the survey, so I answered yes. I think that is a weakness in the survey and should be corrected because it can skew the results.

I want to express my gratitude for the care I received during recent visit at UC. Dr. Choudhry and Ms. Sheats showed genuine compassion and listened calmly as I described my illness. I left the UC feeling very positive about my experience. Thanks to you both for your professional care and for showing such genuine concern for my well- being.

This was a positive experience. Once they realized my child needed to go to CHOA. The nurses called ahead. When we arrived everything was in place and it was as sooth as going to the ER can be. Thank you Wellstar urgent care!

The experience of having to call the radiology phone number from within the doctor room, to get an X-ray, is terrible. This is not my first time having to do that nor at this facility only. Wellstar should invest to get rid of this silly workflow which is clearly because of disconnected entities. The on site staff don't k ow if you have called and they have no idea when your X-ray image will be reviewed. No accountability.

My friend, whom I was visiting, told me that this was an outstanding facility, and she was right. Starting with the receptionist, then the nurse, then the doctor, each was friendly, pleasant, and competent. The question concerning handwashing has no option for choosing that the patient didn't notice or was not aware of the hand washing. I could not continue with the survey unless I answered that question. I didn't notice whether the staff washed or sanitize their hands, but I had to reply in order to continue with the survey, so I answered yes. I think that is a weakness in the survey and should be corrected because it can skew the results.

The staff is excellent. The Dr. was excellent also. She explained everything to me. When you are not feeling well it is great to have staff members show concern about you.
