As always, this place was fantastic! Everything ran smoothly and the entire staff was professional and friendly. They listened carefully to me and discussed my treatment to make sure I understood it and agreed with it.

all 3 pestle I dealt with from the front desk- nurse- Dr were very professional and friendly! Only been to one other urgent care facility that was not a good experience- so thanks for this visit!

When it was time for me to leave, the doctor walked out the door and said, well, you'll be getting the results on the testing, and I don't think you have a urinary tract infection, but I'll write you a prescription anyway. And if you don't feel well, you can go to the emergency room or to your primary doctor, and walked away. Didn't show me how to get out, didn't give me any other feedback, did not make me feel positive or supported that they knew anything about what was wrong with me. I have gotten sicker since and lost my voice. Today's the first day I've had it back.

Yeah, since this was community care, actually I was sent to primary care first and then sent to urgent care secondly. How do I file for travel pay for the visit? Apparently you need to do something with VA travel.

Nurse did not listen to me, I told her I had a headache and she just ignored me and didn't even put the info on my chart. As she exited the examination room she was talking about me in a disrespectful manner to the assistant and thought I couldn't hear her but I did ! The nurse assistant that brought my medicine (pills) was touching it with her long nails and not wearing gloves. The doctor spent a grand total of less than 5 minutes with me and didn't even ask enough questions if discussed my symptoms. When I tried to tell her a little more, that I had a headache, as she was walking my out of the room she said "you have an attitude infection, so you are going to feel lousy " and she closed the door behind her. Only weight , bp and temperature were measured. Other than that there was no examination! The "doctor" had no direct no contact with me, no examination of any kind, she just went with what I had filled out on my intake form... that I had a UTI. I saw other things marked on my examination report that were never done , for instance something about my eyes. Not a good experience overall. The medical team needs to learn some bedside manners, I understand this is an urgen my care facility , but empathy and a thorough examination should always a part of treating any patient.

The check-in process is not very user-friendly, and very cumbersome and slow. Even with Clear it was slow and laborious. I watched as many older patients struggled with how to provide the answers and move to the next screen or to sign. Also, I feel those at the front desk could be more friendly and helpful to people as they came in and especially to the older people I saw struggling to check-in. Overall, the doctor and nurses who provided the care were great; but spending 3+ hours to get stitches seemed quite long and inefficient on a day that did not seem so busy.

I found it strange that I had to call the X-ray department on my cell phone to tell them that my doctor ordered an X-ray when it was just down the hall, and then had to wait for someone to come and get me. Urgent Care was busy but that is expected so I was there for 2 hours for diagnosis of bronchitis.

The office staff was very pleasant and welcoming at the reception office. The doctor, unfortunately, was running late, and when I got into the room, she wasn't very pleasant or looked and acted disturbed, was not really wanting to listen to me. I did not feel very well with her.

Everyone was so amazing. I understand why my brother goes to this location, but I have no complaints. I walked in with a situation that could have been nerve-wracking for anyone, and it felt like a regular doctor. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door, and it's the environment that I definitely would want to be in if I'm definitely not feeling well. You have a very loving staff who has an extremely amazing bedside manner. Thank you for making the experience enjoyable, pleasant, and it was a lot of fun.

Dr Choudhry has been my favorite Dr. I have seen there o er the years. She is knowledgeable and very confident about her diagnosis. I appreciate that and it was comforting

I was there for a possible UTI, which I've never had before. It also seemed a little awkward. Because my doctor did not return my call by lunchtime, this seemed like the best choice. Because I had made an appointment, I was seen before the walk-ins. They were very efficient and diagnosed my case in a short timeframe. Thank you!

Kewanda was super friendly and very attentive! Dr. Choudhry went above and beyond the call of duty by searching out answers to my concerns and her follow up was extremely appreciated! Great job all the way around.

They were honest told we should go to a hospital and take an ambulance which we did and they were right I did need to go to a hospital and by ambulance. Was very happy i did

1. It's been 48 hrs and the test results have not been reviewed. These results indicate the appropriate medication. 2. The Dr was a condescending about how not to get a UTI, like I shouldn't have gotten one. She also didn't take into consideration how menopause increases the risk until I mentioned it. No empathy. - I had great experiences with all other staff. 3. I have been to this Urgent Care several times for UTI's in the past and always rated the experience and provider a 10. 4. It is extremely frustrating that I can't get a same day Dr appointment. I should not have to pay Urgent Care costs to be seen for a UTI.

I found it strange that I had to call the X-ray department on my cell phone to tell them that my doctor ordered an X-ray when it was just down the hall, and then had to wait for someone to come and get me. Urgent Care was busy but that is expected so I was there for 2 hours for diagnosis of bronchitis.

I walked in with a situation that could have been nerve-wracking for anyone, and it felt like a regular doctor. I was there for a possible UTI, which I've never had before. It also seemed a little awkward. Because my doctor did not return my call by lunchtime, this seemed like the best choice. The check-in process is not very user-friendly, and very cumbersome and slow. Even with Clear it was slow and laborious. I watched as many older patients struggled with how to provide the answers and move to the next screen or to sign. Also, I feel those at the front desk could be more friendly and helpful to people as they came in and especially to the older people I saw struggling to check-in. Overall, the doctor and nurses who provided the care were great; but spending 3+ hours to get stitches seemed quite long and inefficient on a day that did not seem so busy.

For older people who have never been into an urgent care, I found the check-in kiosk to be overwhelming and much of the information requested was redundant. Surely there could be a paper option.

1. It's been 48 hrs and the test results have not been reviewed. These results indicate the appropriate medication. 2. The Dr was a condescending about how not to get a UTI, like I shouldn't have gotten one. She also didn't take into consideration how menopause increases the risk until I mentioned it. No empathy. - I had great experiences with all other staff. 3. I have been to this Urgent Care several times for UTI's in the past and always rated the experience and provider a 10. 4. It is extremely frustrating that I can't get a same day Dr appointment. I should not have to pay Urgent Care costs to be seen for a UTI.

They were honest told we should go to a hospital and take an ambulance which we did and they were right I did need to go to a hospital and by ambulance. Was very happy i did

Kewanda was super friendly and very attentive! Dr. Choudhry went above and beyond the call of duty by searching out answers to my concerns and her follow up was extremely appreciated! Great job all the way around.

The people Matou, Maria, Dr Choudhry, and Leanna took great care and attention to doing everything to diagnose and treat my illness. It improved the pain I was having tremendously.

I was there for a possible UTI, which I've never had before. It also seemed a little awkward. Because my doctor did not return my call by lunchtime, this seemed like the best choice. Because I had made an appointment, I was seen before the walk-ins. They were very efficient and diagnosed my case in a short timeframe. Thank you!

Dr Choudhry has been my favorite Dr. I have seen there o er the years. She is knowledgeable and very confident about her diagnosis. I appreciate that and it was comforting

Everyone was so amazing. I understand why my brother goes to this location, but I have no complaints. I walked in with a situation that could have been nerve-wracking for anyone, and it felt like a regular doctor. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door, and it's the environment that I definitely would want to be in if I'm definitely not feeling well. You have a very loving staff who has an extremely amazing bedside manner. Thank you for making the experience enjoyable, pleasant, and it was a lot of fun.

The office staff was very pleasant and welcoming at the reception office. The doctor, unfortunately, was running late, and when I got into the room, she wasn't very pleasant or looked and acted disturbed, was not really wanting to listen to me. I did not feel very well with her.

I found it strange that I had to call the X-ray department on my cell phone to tell them that my doctor ordered an X-ray when it was just down the hall, and then had to wait for someone to come and get me. Urgent Care was busy but that is expected so I was there for 2 hours for diagnosis of bronchitis.

The check-in process is not very user-friendly, and very cumbersome and slow. Even with Clear it was slow and laborious. I watched as many older patients struggled with how to provide the answers and move to the next screen or to sign. Also, I feel those at the front desk could be more friendly and helpful to people as they came in and especially to the older people I saw struggling to check-in. Overall, the doctor and nurses who provided the care were great; but spending 3+ hours to get stitches seemed quite long and inefficient on a day that did not seem so busy.

Nurse did not listen to me, I told her I had a headache and she just ignored me and didn't even put the info on my chart. As she exited the examination room she was talking about me in a disrespectful manner to the assistant and thought I couldn't hear her but I did ! The nurse assistant that brought my medicine (pills) was touching it with her long nails and not wearing gloves. The doctor spent a grand total of less than 5 minutes with me and didn't even ask enough questions if discussed my symptoms. When I tried to tell her a little more, that I had a headache, as she was walking my out of the room she said "you have an attitude infection, so you are going to feel lousy " and she closed the door behind her. Only weight , bp and temperature were measured. Other than that there was no examination! The "doctor" had no direct no contact with me, no examination of any kind, she just went with what I had filled out on my intake form... that I had a UTI. I saw other things marked on my examination report that were never done , for instance something about my eyes. Not a good experience overall. The medical team needs to learn some bedside manners, I understand this is an urgen my care facility , but empathy and a thorough examination should always a part of treating any patient.

Yeah, since this was community care, actually I was sent to primary care first and then sent to urgent care secondly. How do I file for travel pay for the visit? Apparently you need to do something with VA travel.

When it was time for me to leave, the doctor walked out the door and said, well, you'll be getting the results on the testing, and I don't think you have a urinary tract infection, but I'll write you a prescription anyway. And if you don't feel well, you can go to the emergency room or to your primary doctor, and walked away. Didn't show me how to get out, didn't give me any other feedback, did not make me feel positive or supported that they knew anything about what was wrong with me. I have gotten sicker since and lost my voice. Today's the first day I've had it back.
