I made an appointment for 10am. A gentleman came in right after me with a sprained ankle and was seen before I was. I was not called back until 11:30 and not seen until almost noon. I asked the front desk when the gentleman was called back and she said appointments basically don't mean anything. Then why allow us to make them via MyChart??? I would likely have been seen more quickly as a walk in to a CVS Minute Clinic and will probably not ever return to this urgent care.

The resident doctor never gave me a physical exam, went ahead and ordered the CT in an ultrasound, came back and told me that the CT scan was not fully performed and they could not get the full reading from it. And they also told me that there was blood in my urine and then two hours later said that I could leave with no life-threatening issues. which all of that was concerning to wait on for two hours and I still don't have a full response about the CT because it was partial and I will not pay for that visit. So thank you.

I just wanted to say that Dr. Choudry, Angela, the nurse, and Suzanne, the nursing student, they were absolutely amazing. I really appreciated the level of care that they gave me while I was there. I normally go to the East Cherokee location, but I came to the East Cobb location because I felt like I may have needed a CAT scan. Unfortunately, I got there after 3, which meant the CAT scan technicians had already left or were leaving for the day. But Dr. Choudry was still able to treat me and get me to feeling better actually while I was there. And so I just wanted to tell them thank you so much. They are amazing.

The only slightly annoying thing was that once you're in the room and the nurse takes your vital signs, the wait for the doctor is slow, and when you go to the ER you're very vulnerable and feeling unwell, and the wait feels long.

The team at Urgent Care is great but your system is broken. A patient that goes to this facility is there for a reason be it sick or injured. While sitting in one of the curtain areas I was told I had to call the lab to get an x-ray and to come get me is absurd. I was told the UC team could not do this I had to. So, I called the incompetent employee that answered and just wasted time talking nonsense and cut me off. On my second attempt calling I was told I can't order the lab work the doctor had to. I handed the phone to a nurse that finally took care of having someone come over and take me for the x-ray. After that I needed a CT scan. Again, I was told I have to call and tell them to come and get me. Another staff person finally stepped in and said no, she is already in the system and took care of someone to come and get me for the CT scan. I cannot believe any patient should have to do this calling once checked into UC. I only hope you can change your policy regarding this situation. Because of this terrible and unnecessary calling policy, I cannot recommend this Urgent Care to anyone.

And they also told me that there was blood in my urine and then two hours later said that I could leave with no life-threatening issues. which all of that was concerning to wait on for two hours and I still don't have a full response about the CT because it was partial and I will not pay for that visit. I made an appointment for 10am. A gentleman came in right after me with a sprained ankle and was seen before I was. I was not called back until 11:30 and not seen until almost noon. I asked the front desk when the gentleman was called back and she said appointments basically don't mean anything. Then why allow us to make them via MyChart??? I would likely have been seen more quickly as a walk in to a CVS Minute Clinic and will probably not ever return to this urgent care.
