This was a positive experience. Once they realized my child needed to go to CHOA. The nurses called ahead. When we arrived everything was in place and it was as sooth as going to the ER can be. Thank you Wellstar urgent care!

The experience of having to call the radiology phone number from within the doctor room, to get an X-ray, is terrible. This is not my first time having to do that nor at this facility only. Wellstar should invest to get rid of this silly workflow which is clearly because of disconnected entities. The on site staff don't k ow if you have called and they have no idea when your X-ray image will be reviewed. No accountability.

The wait was long even though when I arrived there was only one person ahead of me. Despite having a "reservation" people were taken back before me that came in after me. I'm not sure what the point is in having a reservation.

Everything from start to finish was wonderful. The staff is very professional and kind. They were good listeners to our problems, doing what was needed to make sure that we got a diagnosis of our illness and were very good about treating it. We couldn't have asked for a better place to go. They were just fantastic fantastic fantastic five star all the way.

The doctor did not touch me in any way. I came in wondering if it was a CAT scan. I did not have confidence in the reading of the CAT scan because things I know I have inside of my body were not on the report. I asked for it to be reread and my request was denied. And I did not receive an email when I emailed the provider after the appointment.

Our appointment was at 9:20 am and the Sr. Saw us at 11:20am. It was frustrating since they wanted us to be there earlier than 9:20 am . One dr. For so many patients on a very busy Urgent care is not acceptable.
