They actually went above and beyond. I have hearing aids and I went in to get my hearing re-tested. Before going in I had cleaned my ears with peroxide several times but one ear was plugged. Normally they would have had to reschedule me for a cleaning before they could do the testing. Instead they worked me in for the cleaning that day and still did the testing. They were extremely helpful regarding advances in hearing aids and recommended waiting a bit before considering something new. Everyone was concerned with how I felt about my care and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my visit and treatment.

I was very pleasantly nice to not feel rushed during my meeting with Nicole. She took the time to listen to me and took the time to understand my situation and offer solutions and offer options and, you know, help me through the hearing test. I was never, ever, ever felt rushed. She took the time to listen to what I had to say, took the time to answer my questions. And I really had a very, very pleasant experience and definitely will recommend her to my family and friends.
