She took the time to listen to me and took the time to understand my situation and offer solutions and offer options and, you know, help me through the hearing test. I was never, ever, ever felt rushed. She took the time to listen to what I had to say, took the time to answer my questions. And I really had a very, very pleasant experience and definitely will recommend her to my family and friends.
