Dr. Kothari is wonderful, she listens and then provides detailed answers to my issues and questions. Raven was the young lady that handled all my vitals, etc. prior to seeing the doc. She was very professional and caring; I really appreciated that.

For the very FIRST time, my pulmonologist actually listened to my lungs with her stethoscope! Of course I had to ask her. Why she never did before, I am perplexed. When I asked her this time, she answered, "of course." Why wasn't it standard procedure all along?

There was not enough handicapped parking. I am profoundly handicapped with Spine issues and I had to park way out because at 8:30. The entire handicap parking area was full and I had to park out beyond it and that was way too far for me to walk.

There was a very strong perfume smell at the check out station by the exit door. It was so strong it took my breath away. I would think that wouldn't be desirable in the practice. I am sensitive to smells and it was very hard to breathe.
