Amazing team. There were two ladies at check in that were so nice and friendly. Even stated I didn't look my age which is a great compliment at my age! The nurse was quick and efficient. Dr. McGinnis patiently listened to my 3 concerns and to work through them.

I've been with this practice for 30 years. I am not disappointed. The lab needs to reopen at my Dr. office. The out patient lab was really an unreal collaboration of strange and unique individuals. The employees were terrific.

My discharge papers has many contradicting comments and mistakes about health issues discussed. When I noticed that, I could not reach his office. They closed @ 4:00 pm Friday afternoon. The rest of my visit was very thorough and helpful.

My Dr visit experience was good as usual. Disappointed that the lab within the same building was temporarily closed. I went to the lab behind the hospital and it was packed due to 3 labs being closed. Even though the waiting room was packed & there was a hour wait time, the staff was very professional & nice. They worked diligently to get everyone taken care of. No complaints with the lab but hopefully the other labs will open back up in the near future.

The front staff was extremely nice. I'm a new patient to Dr. Mcginnis and he was outstanding, listened to everything that I needed, which a lot of providers don't do. So I'm a little particular and he was right on ball and I really, really, really appreciate. His hospitality is bedside manner, so great person, good doctor, glad I have him.
