I am very thankful that this location is in our area. And not only an urgent care, but also a primary care facility. The staff were nice and thoughtful. The medical staff also took the time to listen to me and explain my treatment plan. I will highly recommend this facility to my family and friends.

The facility was very clean and the front staff were very patient and accommodating. It was a very smooth visit.

We have been in the ED for over 6 hours and waiting for the CT Scan but nobody has showed up yet. My dad has not eaten anything since 9:30 and he's hungry and this will cause gas build up and acridity. Time is coming closer for his medication but there is no sight of anyone to take him for the CT. Never faced any situation like this before during our past multiple visits.

This clinic just opened yesterday and is now the closest one to me so it was new and fabulous.

Doctor/nurse practitioner was great but nothing else was. I was the first person in the door and had an appt and no one was called back to be helped until 7:17am. Front desk women wasn't pleasant, helpful or even willing to make eye contact. After an xray was ordered, I called the number and the women put me on hold right away for 2-3 mins. When she came back she said she can't find the order, I then walked out and confirmed that the doctor had already put in the order and also had the order show in my chart. The women told me she couldn't see it and I would have no choice other to call back later. I later learned, there was not an xray tech working yet. This experience wasn't due to many clients but lack of professionalism and willingness to help or be upfront.

My appointment was at noon. The PA said he would send my prescriptions to my pharmacy. Ay 4 pm I called the pharmacy about my scrips and they had not received them. I called Wellstar to inquire and they said they would send them over. Walgreens informed me about 6pm that they had received them. At 7:45 I picked them up and instead of the three scrips there were four. One had nothing to do with my illness. They showed me the order, but I declined to get it. It seems to me there was some bad communication in getting my prescription sent. So, I was not very happy with that experience. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Yes, we were there, oh gosh, at 10 o'clock at Ackworth, and it was a wonderful experience. The nurse was just wonderful. He fixed up my leg, gave me some stitches, and they were just as nice and courteous as they could be, and they did a great job, and I appreciate it so much. Thank you.
