Nathan provided excellent care. He patiently listened to me regarding the drug strength needed for numbing my arm for stitches and got it right on the first try. Well done!

The question asked if the provider wash their hands before and after the patient visit ? You don't know, because the patient can't see before he enter the room nor after. I'm sure they do. I had to check most definitely because the survey would not let me move forward.

My prescription did not get transferred to CVS. I don't know which system's fault it was. CVS kept saying the prescription is not here in our system for 1.5 hours. I called Wellstar and the receptionist said she has left message for the nurse to call me back. Nurse called me back after another 20 minutes. I have learnt my lesson to start asking for the hand written prescriptions instead of the electronically transferred
