Loved the nice vibe once entering the facility. Very clean and everyone was very friendly at the front desk. Once in the examing room, the nurse was very friendly and made sure to listen to all my health concerns. Once the Nathan the NP visited he also took the time to listen to my health issues and went about suggesting solutions. Once my diagnosis was given he instructed me as to what the next steps he and the staff would be taking to ease the pain I was experiencing. Also to add I have been experiencing a cronic glob in the back of my throat that has been lingering for almost 4 months and not going away and after seeing 2 different medical offices (ENT and OBGYN) ENT telling me there was nothing showing up on the scope and recommended a Speech Therapist which to me didnt match with what I was experiencing. The OBGYN said it was due to my age and called it Globus. There again not the symptons. Finally, after explaining all this to the NP he said it was probably GERD and infact after my own research that was my conclusion too. Finally someone had listen and cared. He prescribe meds and recommended a follow up appointment with a GI. Thanks to Nathan I am feeling much better than I have in over 4 months regarding this glob that I have had in the back of my throat.

The facility and provider and staff were all great. I was given a referral. However, for ortho, I have a wrist issue and so he wasn't 100% positive. It wasn't fractured, so I got a referral. I didn't get any call from anybody until yesterday. I got a text message to call a number. And then I called to see if I could get in. And the only appointment, the first appointment was two and a half weeks and I was in a lot of pain. So I ended up going yesterday to an orthopedic urgent care at Pinnacle to get looked at. I was evaluated further and given a bracein and an injection for severe tendonitis. So I was really kind of disappointed.
