Everyone Was Very Nice And It was really Clean

My injury was too severe to be handled at urgent care and the doctor sent me immediately to Wellstar ER for CT scans and sutures.

Wait time was really bad. I arrived at 10:40 for an 11:00 appointment, did not leave until 1:45. Never waited that long at this facility before.

Thank God for the doctor that gave my mother care. Because. Of decision, he made a blood clot was found at. Thee. Hospital. It was his concern and medical training that he referred us to the emergency hospital

The nurse practitioner ordered the right medication for my ear infection. I got better after the first dose of antibiotics and steroids. I am so thankful. The pain was so bad.

I was listened to and heard and validated when asked about presenting illness...kindness at every turn. I went here because my physician's office had medical emergencies that prevented my visit...my illness was not life or death so hospital ED was not an option. Should I ever need urgent care outside of my physician I will go here again....Thank you for a great sick visit.

It was my first time there and my experience was great. I even had help watching my baby while I go have my X-rays done. Such a great staff from the receptionist to the nurses and my doctor. All 4 were amazing.

I wish I had checked if I could be treated before I arrived; I only was sent to the ER for completion of tests. The Urgent Care turned out to be a bit of a waste of time.

My nurse was very attentive and did what whatever it took to make me comfortable and assured me that they were going to everything within their power to make me better..love the whole staff...Thanks sooo much for taking care of me. I feel better just by being there !
