The staff was very nice, but we had a horrible experience. I had to call to request the x ray for my son while sitting in the patient room. I called multiple times and was on hold for over 15 minutes just to order the x ray. Then I had to describe everything again over the phone and confirm everything with the lady on the phone before she would order it. It was very frustrating and annoying to have to order our own x rays while having to pay over $800 for the visit. Please hire people in the medical field to order the x rays for the patients. The lady who finally answered the phone said that she is the only person scheduling for multiple locations. I never want to go back to a wellstar facility again.

Then waited more than an hour in the waiting room with the puke bag in hand as I was highly nauseated and then I saw people being cared for who came after me. Had to remind front desk twice that we are still there. Even the technician who checked my vitals didn't seem to be compassionate. The rest of my care providers were really helpful and genuinely cared for my well-being.

My last visit to acworth urgent care center was not what I expect to be a right way you take care of your patient. I have before several visit this facility before and seen always by a Doctor. This time it was a nurse assistant??!! And 2 doctors that time I was there was in the office I saw them. But I don't know why I was not seen by a Doctor?? I expect wellstar to explain to me. I called my insurance Cigna and share with them too that the bill they will receive is not right because it was not an urgent care doctor visit!!!!! I came in with same symptoms and get out with same symptoms!!! Only thing is was referred to another specialist!!! I am not happy with this treatment and procedure with I received from wellstar. I use my all surgery PCP specialists with wellstar network and this last visit to urgent care was a disappointment. I may see and change my provider to Emory health!!!!

The bathroom is VERY dirty all over. Needs a major deep cleaning. The rest of what I saw was not clean either, baseboards and corners, door handles all dirty, I didn't want to touch ANYTHING! If I don't ever go back that will be the reason.

Okay, during my visit when I walked into the facility and I was about maybe 10 to 15 minutes early for my appointment, I was not greeted by the receptionist and there was only one other person in the waiting room. I knew what to do because I've been there before and I knew to go to the kiosk and check in, you know, register and all that good stuff. So that didn't bother me that much, but it would have been nice if I had been greeted at least somewhat, you know, that didn't really happen. So a little disappointing, but it didn't ruin my day. I just didn't feel good. So maybe it just bothered me a little bit more that somebody didn't say, hey, how are you? Blah, blah, blah, anything. But anyway, it is what it is. Thanks.

This facility is excellent, and the staff is always great and friendly, I felt so bad I had to be there but I needed sutured up. There were so many old people. I think my white was over five hours but what can you do there? Is that many people sick? I appreciate it that I could wait in my car and they would call me on my cellphone, which they did, save me from waiting in the waiting room with very sick people. Dr did a great job , so appreciate this location! ?

Everyone was very professional and seemed genuinely committed to providing good care. Unfortunately, my ear issue did not get resolved. I will have to see an ENT for this issue.
