Everything was great, all employees were great. I had a 11 am appointment and got there at 10 am, since the meeting I had, in the area was done. At check in, I told the front desk why I was early and no trouble waiting till my scheduled appointment time. They took me in at 1035 am.

The facility and provider and staff were all great. I was given a referral. However, for ortho, I have a wrist issue and so he wasn't 100% positive. It wasn't fractured, so I got a referral. I didn't get any call from anybody until yesterday. I got a text message to call a number. And then I called to see if I could get in. And the only appointment, the first appointment was two and a half weeks and I was in a lot of pain. So I ended up going yesterday to an orthopedic urgent care at Pinnacle to get looked at. I was evaluated further and given a bracein and an injection for severe tendonitis. So I was really kind of disappointed.
