I've been receiving BCG treatments for over a year now. The people have been very helpful, supportive and professional. On one occasion last year l reported a lack of preparation, but otherwise there have been no problems. My only suggestion is that these services should be made more convenient for patients who live on the north-side of the metro area. It is a 30 mile drive for me and in most cases almost an hour's drive.

This was my first time at this office. My regular urologist was unable to see me today at his office, but this office had a last minute available time to be seen. I was very lucky to get in to see Natalia Velazquez, PA. She was wonderful! She was so friendly, professional, & really listened to me when I gave her the details of what issues I was having. She even reviewed previous visits I had with my regular doctor and how I've progressed since then. She asked lots of questions and gave me very thorough and easy-to-understand details on why I was having the problems I have and how to get my problems under control. When I asked questions, she gave me specific details on what I needed to do and WHY, and what NOT to do and WHY. This is so important and doctors don't always tell us this part. Now I see the whole picture of my problems and I understand the "WHYS." Natalia was getting to the root cause of my problem to help me fix it, not just treating it with medicines. This is a big motivation for me to get better. During my visit I was not rushed and I really appreciated it. She also wrote the instructions on my discharge papers and also in mychart so I wouldn't forget or get confused. The staff in the office were all very professional and caring about me, too. I would definitely recommend Natalia Velazquez, PA.
