I gave a report last week which wasn't so flattering. This week was very good the room was prepped and ready the whole process this week took less than 30 minutes. The provider and her nurse were different.

Last 3 chemo treatments was %20-45-85 good. This one was-%125 great. The was the very best as no blood came out nurse was way overboard in my caring I wish I could have her everytime

The communication is in the trash. The urologist who inserted my mom's foley, did not submit notes for her follow up to remove it. I was hanging to her instructions to have it removed in 10 days. I thought, my mom would be examined and the foley removed to see if she needs it permanently and none of that happened on this appt. PA Valasquez didn't even know my mom was on a stretcher. She didn't even know I had private transport who could have put my mom on the table to be examined. It was not only a waste of appt time/transport time, but also, scares me because I simply don't feel it's okay to have my mom wait 30 MORE days to remove that foley after the urologist who inserted it told me to come back in 10 days. I'm disappointed in the lack of cross communication to the follow up team.
