The overall visit was okay. My main concern is the bathroom by the lab, where you actually go get your lab work done, had a real bad loud odor. If they can actually clean that maybe more than once a day, that's it.

My appointment was for weight mgmt and I had to pay $223 for the appt only to learn after the fact that based on my BMI, I may not be approved for the medication. This is information I feel potential patients should be made aware of upfront, because that is an expensive way to be told no.

My provider had a student shadowing her that morning. That is how we get the next generation ready to do the necessary work in health care. There was a small problem with the computer keyboard mount. Those technical things must be monitored and repaired so that their work is done efficiently and in a timely manner. Overall I had an excellent experience as usual.
