I find the staff to be friendly and efficient. My only problem has been with getting prescriptions refilled. I have a new ins this year and their preferred mail in pharmacy was not listed in the My chart portal. So my request for a refill was not answered. The pharmacy called multiple times and got no response. I had to make a trip to the office to get them to reply to the pharmacy. It was quickly resolved.

My primary care provider was very attentive to my needs and my general health as an African-American! She interprets the results as such and provides me with practical and reasonable approaches to address my health concerns.
