This was a new patient visit and I was able to get my yearly physical scheduled for the following month as well as steps for the lab process. I was also able to get some prescriptions refilled as well.

I didn't feel heard during my visit. I explained what I was experiencing, but I felt my concerns were dismissed. She seemed more focused on prescribing medication than listening to me. I had requested an appointment with my doctor, but I was assigned to NP Nasby L.. I felt that because I wasn't her regular patient, my concerns weren't a priority. I'm unhappy with the care I received.

I have never gone to any other health facility for the past number of years and I have no intention of going anywhere else and I have Nasby as my attendant and I love going to her. She makes me comfortable. She leads me right and she steers me along the right path for health. I appreciate being with her.
