The tech who took me to my room sounded disgusted when I tried to show her an example of my phlegm. She said, ewww, can you move that! It was in a zip lock bag. She made me feel uncomfortable. The doctor was nice though

I find the staff to be friendly and efficient. My only problem has been with getting prescriptions refilled. I have a new ins this year and their preferred mail in pharmacy was not listed in the My chart portal. So my request for a refill was not answered. The pharmacy called multiple times and got no response. I had to make a trip to the office to get them to reply to the pharmacy. It was quickly resolved.
