I usually have a great experience at this urgent care but I felt like today was a different story. The doctor wasn't that nice and didn't give me a lot of info as to what was going on with me. I had to ask a lot of questions. Also my prescription did not get delivered to my pharmacy and I had to call them to see what the problem was. Usually it's a smooth delivery to the pharmacy.

The electronic subscription system was down. I didn't learn this until I was at the pharmacy to pick up my Rx. I called the facility to find out why the scripts weren't there. They told me I had to drive back over there to pick up paper prescriptions. Luckily the pharmacist said that they could call in the prescriptions. The facility clearly did not want to do that and gave me push back. I'm the one that is sick and didn't need to be driving all over town.
