I went there to set an appointment up for 10:30 AM. Told them I was going to pick my child up from school. I'll be right back when I got there. They said a lot more people were in front of me that had walked in so it ended up taking longer than I expected to get my child back to school.

I am a 'New Resident to this area. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Also the empathy of the staff. I felt my physical and 'Emotional' and physical needs were met.

I made a ' reservation' so I wouldn't have to WAIT long when I was not feeling well and didn't want to spread any germs in waiting area. But ended up waiting over 30 minutes before I was called back to exam room. Being asked what test I was interested in made me wonder why I went to a medical facility. Shouldn't the provider decide which ones would be appropriate? I know the place is just opening but now I wish I had gone somewhere else.

I did not like the hour and half wait BUT had to go to ER afterwards and had a 6 hr wait so I understand that there were a lot of people hurt or sick. I REALLY liked the woman who took care of me, she was caring & felt bad to send me to ER. She had already sent my file over and it wasn't a long time (for all the people there) before they brought me out a pain reliever without me asking for anything. It really helped with the pain while waiting to be seen.

I had a great experience PA Baker was knowledgeable and courteous MA Abi was pleasant and knowledgeable. If she is not in nursing school, she needs to be. She did a great job questioning about my chief complaint. She will make a great nurse/provider some day!
