She listens for understanding and makes suggestions for testing, medication and treatment based on her knowledge and experience, but she includes her patients in the process. She is one of the best healthcare professionals I have ever worked with. It is difficult to find healthcare professionals who listen, and it is even harder to find one who cares about their patients health and overall wellbeing. Morgan Baker is both and much more.

JACOB at front desk was PHENOMINAL. He has the best personality and welcomed me to the practice with an enthusiastic greeting. I told him I received 3 requests to complete pre-check in which I completed all 3 and he still had questions, however he input the info and saved me from completing. MORGAN, the PA was so AWESOME! I've never had a PA that was this thorough. She took time and wanted to get to know me. I keep saying Acworth Health Park is the "Publix" of Healthcare on all levels!! And if you go to Publix you will get it!

The front staff was unreasonably persistent about me providing an updated family member "incase they come in looking for my records". I explained I have no family here and that would not happen, yet she insisted that everyone doesn't understand the terminology and this has caused issues for other clients. Again, I let her know that I have no family here besides my spouse and children and that this would not be an issue, she can put my spouse as my contact for all as nobody else will show up. Instead of leaving it as that she said she was sorry to hear that, as though me having no family here to pick up my medical records is something I need to be consoled for, I don't. I'm sure people have had issues with family members asking for medical records, but she should've taken a social cue when I said I had no family here and that wouldn't be necessary instead of continuing with stories of other clients and their family members getting upset. I hate to beat a dead horse and I'd love to hop over to my family members house for consultation after this chat but alas, they still don't live here, nor would they be concerned with my story (or medical records for that matter). I'm sure she meant well, I hate to be negative, the entire encounter felt unnecessary. She's provided material for my therapist, they'll be grateful.
