Provider was rushed. Literally it felt like they set a minute ? timer. And as soon as the sand ran out an assistant walked in while I was mid sentence an the NP walked out and the assistant told me I was ready to go. From the time of the doctor walked in until the doctor walked out was 5 minutes tops. I was already considering switching doctors since The doctor I signed up for went out on leave and there really aren't to any other doctors at this practice just NPs and such. But this just solidified my decision.

Kiki, the medical assistant, was very personable, smiling, even getting to know me a little bit while checking me in in the back. And Monique is just one of one. She's very personable, listens to everything attentively, shares a laugh with us. She's thorough, and I really enjoyed my visit with those two.

As this was just a follow-up visit - I really had no problem with my health to be concerned about so it was a little difficult to figure out how to answer a couple of your survey questions. You should have put a question that would address that.
