It was frustrating to not be able to get bloodwork done same day. The lab closed before my appointment was over, and I was told that I could only get my bloodwork done same day, and it was appointment only. This is very inconvenient

The front desk staff was amazing, very helpful. The MA was very helpful, very friendly, explained everything. And Monique was awesome. She always listens, lets you help make decisions, and gives you the best care ever.

Everything was great. The only downside is I needed lab work and I couldn't get it done there. I tried going to another location they listed to me and they said the work wasn't released in the system so I couldn't even do that. Just a bit of a waste of time is all haha. But ice been going to this practice for years and love it.

The office staff was all great. However, Wellstar needs to improve their notification methods. When you send a text message saying to call to confirm or cancel your appointment - you need to have a method so that the response can be recorded even if no one answers the phone. Which happened to me several times. Or have a text message where you can reply with a question 1 to confirm or a 2 to cancel an appointment would be a better option. Most other healthcare providers have that as an option.
