I had the best experience. Chasity at Check in was process and kind. Kim the CMA was compassionate and friendly. Monique Rosser, NP was the best. She talks through your diagnosis and discusses your medications that she is prescribing. Goes over the medical treatment plan. This is a great office and have the best staff. What an asset to Wellstar!!

My overall experience at Wellness exam was very good. The only thing I would make a comment about was that the nurse that took me back was wearing a mask, which I understood when she explained that her weekend job at a nursing home may have exposed her to illness. The mask however made her words somewhat difficult to understand. This was especially noticeable when she gave me the 3 words to remember.? She was looking away from me and speaking softly at the time. Also once she said the 3 words she immediately changed the subject and started talking quickly and very clearly about a technology problem she was having with the equipment. .I was able to hear and understand her completely then b/c she was talking clearly. So in the process of that I remembered only the first 2 words... as I was listening to her about equipment problem. This all happened very quickly, maybe 10 seconds. So I felt it was fair to ask her to repeat the last word. She did and I was able to re-call the 3 words later in the appointment. The only reason I bring this up is that I noticed in the after visit summary that she has noted that I was somewhat hearing impaired. I typically don't have any trouble with my hearing at all so without having an actual hearing exam from an audiologist I did not think it was an appropriate evaluation especially with the circumstances of how the 3 words were given to me. Having said all of that, the nurse was very nice and polite, maybe just needs to slow down a bit and speak with clarity especially with a mask on.

This is my second time at this location. We brought my daughter in for a physical a few months ago, and this was my first appointment. And my husband had an appointment prior to, and we also plan on bringing our son. Both times here, the front desk staff has been friendly and efficient. The nurse practitioners and clinical staff have also just been very engaging. So we are newer, but it's been a very pleasant experience overall.
