I'm no stranger to WellStar. I know WellStar and their business model better than you would imagine. I have them as a customer. Both my parents worked for them in different capacities. All I can say is WellSTAR lived up to the expectations that I had and they took very good care of me, not realizing that I knew more than the average customer. What I can say is thank you for being professional, prompt, and doing exactly as intended. I didn't even have insurance readily available due to an acquisition within the company I worked for, and they were able to get me through the door and taken care of as soon as possible. I would highly recommend WellSTAR regardless of the 800 employees that I know were just laid off unannounced. Yet again, thank you very much and I will be coming back if I ever need the services again.

I had the same condition last year and was prescribed medication that cost me $90. When I informed Dr. Ille of this during my recent visit, she empathized and said she would be able to prescribe something similar but would cost less. Her new prescription worked just as well, and I appreciate her willingness to consider lower-cost but still effective alternatives!

When asking about a medication I was prescribed I felt the medical personnel who handed me my discharge paperwork was a little dismissive when I was asking about the steroid I was prescribed. I was confused as I did not remember discussing an at home steroid and when I tried to ask further questions I was essentially told I did not have to pick up the medication if I did not want to take it.

What you guys did very well was make sure that I was number one comfortable. You immediately came in, started asking questions based on what I inputted into the system as to my injury, got me called back to do the x-ray very quickly, and then also the explanation as to what how my injury affected me, not really affected me, but make sure my injury was good. Well, not really good, but explained to me that there was no broken bones or torn ligaments or anything, which I mean, was good. So yeah, that's what you explained great to me.

I went to this facility with several concerns. I needed my hand and foot X-rays and I wanted to see if I had an UTI. I was taken to a room with the nurse who was very pleasant. As a RN myself, this MD told me that I would be seen this time but in the future that I can not be seen with so many issues. That there are other patients needed to be seen. I was floored!! There were no patients in the waiting room. Now I realize she could have patients in their rooms but this was absolutely no reason to tell me that I'm allowed only one chief complaint per visit. By the way I did have an UTI and broken bones of my left pinkie and my right foot. Sorry I disturbed her shift with my complaints. My husband is an ER physician for 40 years and he said this was totally unacceptable!! I AGREE.

I wanted to clarify that my review was for the Wellstar Pediatric Orthopedics office located at: 1180 Ernest Barrett Parkway, Suite 100 Kennesaw, GA 30144-4534 I had a disappointing interaction with the check in staff. They were not helpful at all. While they were professional in their communication, they did not provide the support necessary to get us seen by a provider. I arrived at 10:58am and didn't leave until closer to 4 pm. Everyone else we encountered-including the clinical team and providers-was wonderful, caring, and professional. My feedback was specifically about my experience with the front desk, and I wanted to make sure it was directed to the appropriate department.

Suggested the best course of action to address my immediate issue, and arranged for follow up dr. recommendation to address issues not appropriate for urgent care setting. Hi, just make sure that you work on the time it takes to see the patient. I was with the doctor, I think, like, whoa, the primary care provider, whatever, for a total of like 10 minutes, and I waited, I think, overall, maybe four hours. That's it. Bye.

When asking about a medication I was prescribed I felt the medical personnel who handed me my discharge paperwork was a little dismissive when I was asking about the steroid I was prescribed. I was confused as I did not remember discussing an at home steroid and when I tried to ask further questions I was essentially told I did not have to pick up the medication if I did not want to take it.

That's the second time I'm going to your Wellstar office in Holly Springs. And the quality of your service for the past the Quality I'd receive that Piedmont urgent care. Which really surprise me because I'm in Piedmont system person.

What you guys did very well was make sure that I was number one comfortable. You immediately came in, started asking questions based on what I inputted into the system as to my injury, got me called back to do the x-ray very quickly, and then also the explanation as to what how my injury affected me, not really affected me, but make sure my injury was good. Well, not really good, but explained to me that there was no broken bones or torn ligaments or anything, which I mean, was good. So yeah, that's what you explained great to me.

I had the same condition last year and was prescribed medication that cost me $90. When I informed Dr. Ille of this during my recent visit, she empathized and said she would be able to prescribe something similar but would cost less. Her new prescription worked just as well, and I appreciate her willingness to consider lower-cost but still effective alternatives!

I'm no stranger to WellStar. I know WellStar and their business model better than you would imagine. I have them as a customer. Both my parents worked for them in different capacities. All I can say is WellSTAR lived up to the expectations that I had and they took very good care of me, not realizing that I knew more than the average customer. What I can say is thank you for being professional, prompt, and doing exactly as intended. I didn't even have insurance readily available due to an acquisition within the company I worked for, and they were able to get me through the door and taken care of as soon as possible. I would highly recommend WellSTAR regardless of the 800 employees that I know were just laid off unannounced. Yet again, thank you very much and I will be coming back if I ever need the services again.

I was impressed by the physical facility and friendliness of everyone. Dr Ille Mihaela was very professional and took the time to explain the symptoms & treatment necessary to heal my injury. At a painful & stressful time for me, she was so comforting & eased my concerns. I would highly recommend this particular healthcare facility.
