The staff from the time we entered the building until we left were very professional & friendly!

The x-ray technicians were great but the process to set it up was painful. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to answer and then waited another 30 minutes for her to call me back. There was something wrong with her computer and she was the only person scheduled.

I always choose this specific urgent care because it's clean and everyone is very nice. This was my first time seeing this provider and she was AMAZING. She really listened and cared. I have never had such a great experience at any doctor's office before.

Staff was very courteous and amazing at dealing with my problem was totally impressed that I was able to have a CT and the results within an hour of deciding it needed to be done. Everyone was very courteous, caring, and concerned. I was very glad that I had decided to visit

Poor communication within your partnership with Peachtree orthopedics I completely understand. There are problems with abuse, but my pain management was beyond belief, so yes, I will never go back to your urgent care and insane so I am actively looking for a different provider

As an employee in the health bar, the front desk worked with me to make sure I could continue my job while I was waiting for my appointment to be seen. There was a significant delay due to a rapid response in the building, but they came in and were sure to tell me what was going on, so I could understand why there was a delay.
