Everyone was great! There were no unnecessary things done. In the end I was sent to the ER due to needing a CT and surgery

The urgent care facility did what they were supposed to do and were as efficient as they can be with the number of people that are there trying to get in. The only issue is with radiology being read. That took like an hour and a half to get the results back from sending off to Kennesaw to get the results. That was the only negative thing that I would have to say about the facility.

The receptionist was wonderful. She could see I was in pain and checked me in. She also saw me trying to get to the rest room, helped me and waited till I was done and helped me back to my room. The nurse I had was also wonderful p. She even helped me my car in a wheelchair since I came alone. It was also raining. The doctor was also excellent and a great personality .

The doctor tell not check my throat or ears and I did not get any kind of diagnosis On what I might have. All was told is to go home and not go back to work for rest the week rest. Now for last 2 days I have dealing with splitting headache that will not go away.

I went in with all good intentions. Everybody was wonderful, except I sat in the room probably over an hour waiting for somebody to come in to see me. And that was very, very frustrating. I think I was there a total of two hours. Other than that, I definitely would recommend you guys, but you've got to do something about the waiting period and the room with no windows, no nothing, and nobody coming in and telling you what's going on.
