Dr. Ille Mihaela went above and beyond to take care of me and I was feeling horrible. She recommended x rays which became extremely helpful in needing to see cardiologist also. She provided prescriptions to help take care of all my needs. I really appreciated her care and concern.

I went to this facility with several concerns. I needed my hand and foot X-rays and I wanted to see if I had an UTI. I was taken to a room with the nurse who was very pleasant. As a RN myself, this MD told me that I would be seen this time but in the future that I can not be seen with so many issues. That there are other patients needed to be seen. I was floored!! There were no patients in the waiting room. Now I realize she could have patients in their rooms but this was absolutely no reason to tell me that I'm allowed only one chief complaint per visit. By the way I did have an UTI and broken bones of my left pinkie and my right foot. Sorry I disturbed her shift with my complaints. My husband is an ER physician for 40 years and he said this was totally unacceptable!! I AGREE.

I wanted to clarify that my review was for the Wellstar Pediatric Orthopedics office located at: 1180 Ernest Barrett Parkway, Suite 100 Kennesaw, GA 30144-4534 I had a disappointing interaction with the check in staff. They were not helpful at all. While they were professional in their communication, they did not provide the support necessary to get us seen by a provider. I arrived at 10:58am and didn't leave until closer to 4 pm. Everyone else we encountered-including the clinical team and providers-was wonderful, caring, and professional. My feedback was specifically about my experience with the front desk, and I wanted to make sure it was directed to the appropriate department.

As I was walking up to the front desk, I noticed the sign that said to check in at the kiosk, but the front desk clerk was not busy and said come right over I can take care of you. Once everything was entered, I quickly went to the restroom just to wash my hands and literally as I was walking out of the door. I was called to the back. I was seen very quickly, and the doctor was very kind and listened completely to all of my symptoms and history. I felt very confident in her assessment and the decisions, treatment was rendered quickly, and everyone was absolutely wonderful. This will 100% be my go to for urgent care and will highly recommend it to anyone who asks.

Great job! I had (have?) a 3cm piece of plastic stuck in my hand and everyone was so nice and they took an x-ray and gave me a number of a hand surgeon to call so that I can get it out this week! :)
