Once I was put in a room the wait was nearly three hours. The Doctor was great and informative, the nurse was great up until I told her that I needed to leave, then she got nasty and said, "Fine, if you want to leave, go right ahead. No one is stopping you." This was extremely unprofessional and shows the true nature of you Nurses when something comes up that they don't like. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back.

The nurse rep that received us did a great job with helping my son identify exactly where his pain was, you know, made him smile, made him laugh and helped him feel better, answered my questions respectfully and showed concern. She just really made my son feel very comfortable.

It was a bit ridiculous that everyone in the waiting room had to wait about three and a half hours to be seen while people were leaving constantly, but no one was being called back. Something was wrong in the back part of the urgent care where they were not processing people in a timely manner.

If the delay for the provider is an extended amount of time I encourage having someone touch base with patient so they know they are not forgotten. I waited 2-hours after the initial conversation before meeting with doctor.

I would say the people at the front desk could be a little more friendly and also the people in the back. But other than that, the doctor was really nice and the nurse tried to listen to what was wrong. Other than that, I like the facility. Thank you.

The doctor was fabulous. I love she explained my crest syndrome. But no one told me when I'm going to get better and if I need to follow up with anybody. My concern when I got my x-ray, I was not given an apron to put around my chest. So that concerns me having x-ray when not having the magnetic apron. But I was very happy, but I don't know when I'm going to get better with this rhyme guidance.

I scheduled an appointment for 11:20AM, checked in and kiosk said 2 patients ahead of you. I didn't get in a room until 12:45PM after 4 other people went back before me, what's the purpose of appointments and I'm sure they weren't no mo emergent than mine before that becomes the topic! The kiosk shouldn't state how many patients are ahead of you because that's a bad impression! I had to CALL and schedule for X-rays, which is crazy who wants to do that while in severe pain?!?! I received a message about my prescriptions were ready to pick up at the pharmacy around 3:15 PM BUT when I finally got to the pharmacy at 3:45 PM they still weren't ready. I feel like HAD I NOT asked how much longer after I had X-rays that I would have probably had to wait even longer! I arrived before 11AM and didn't leave that facility until after 4 PM. I am a WELLSTAR employee and can't even imagine HOW non employees feel about sitting somewhere for FIVE HOURS without a SOUL coming to make sure you're ok while sitting not even making acknowledgments that you're even there!! This was the worst visit I've ever experienced and being in pain the entire time made it even worse!
