I waited over an hour and half to be seen after confirming and arriving early for an 11:20am appointment. I understand that there can be long waits, but this felt out of the ordinary. Once I was finally in the exam room, the PA took my blood pressure without reading out the results, did the flu/strep/covid tests and left with no indication when anyone would be in next. I waited alone for another 30 minutes (twice as long as the tests were supposed to take) before stepping out of the room to see if anyone was available to talk to. Luckily, I was able to check in with other staff who informed me that I was next. I was finally able to see Dr. Ille, who was great. Overall, I felt very frustrated and felt somewhat dismissed.

Still had to do check in steps with the front desk person so not sure the purpose of the tablet? Ended up being referred to Children's Healthcare, so somewhat of a waste of time. Advertising pediatrics is a bit misleading.

Prednisone prescribed(40mg) along with injection dose was too strong...it raised my blood sugar...to 310...had to reduce drastically the dosage to 10mg/ day. I feel much better now. Thank God!

I'm no stranger to WellStar. I know WellStar and their business model better than you would imagine. I have them as a customer. Both my parents worked for them in different capacities. All I can say is WellSTAR lived up to the expectations that I had and they took very good care of me, not realizing that I knew more than the average customer. What I can say is thank you for being professional, prompt, and doing exactly as intended. I didn't even have insurance readily available due to an acquisition within the company I worked for, and they were able to get me through the door and taken care of as soon as possible. I would highly recommend WellSTAR regardless of the 800 employees that I know were just laid off unannounced. Yet again, thank you very much and I will be coming back if I ever need the services again.

When asking about a medication I was prescribed I felt the medical personnel who handed me my discharge paperwork was a little dismissive when I was asking about the steroid I was prescribed. I was confused as I did not remember discussing an at home steroid and when I tried to ask further questions I was essentially told I did not have to pick up the medication if I did not want to take it.

What you guys did very well was make sure that I was number one comfortable. You immediately came in, started asking questions based on what I inputted into the system as to my injury, got me called back to do the x-ray very quickly, and then also the explanation as to what how my injury affected me, not really affected me, but make sure my injury was good. Well, not really good, but explained to me that there was no broken bones or torn ligaments or anything, which I mean, was good. So yeah, that's what you explained great to me.

I had a newborn and toddler with me, at check in I was directed to grab a tablet and not offered much assistance during a pretty stressful time. Still had to do check in steps with the front desk person so not sure the purpose of the tablet? Ended up being referred to Children's Healthcare, so somewhat of a waste of time. Advertising pediatrics is a bit misleading.

I waited over an hour and half to be seen after confirming and arriving early for an 11:20am appointment. I understand that there can be long waits, but this felt out of the ordinary. Once I was finally in the exam room, the PA took my blood pressure without reading out the results, did the flu/strep/covid tests and left with no indication when anyone would be in next. I waited alone for another 30 minutes (twice as long as the tests were supposed to take) before stepping out of the room to see if anyone was available to talk to. Luckily, I was able to check in with other staff who informed me that I was next. I was finally able to see Dr. Ille, who was great. Overall, I felt very frustrated and felt somewhat dismissed.
