Dr. Ille listened carefully to my symptoms and was emphatic about my problem. She quickly diagnosed my situation and wrote sufficient prescriptions to enable my recovery. I really like this urgent care location. I have always been helped every time I have been there. The Doctors, the P.A.s and other personnel are helpful and professional. They do a great job of representing Wellstar. I don't generally like doing reviews but when I experience the level of care exhibited by this facility, I wanted too.

I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care I received yesterday!!! The entire staff was excellent and attentive! The best part was the nurse who gave me my steroid shot. I had been told by several coworkers that "it hurts" or "it will burn". Neither of those things happened!! It was no different than getting stuck for a blood draw. And the best part was how much better I felt a few hours later. The insane itching decreased significantly and I'm just so thankful!! I love the location and the facility itself is beautiful. To be able to leave work, get there in ten minutes, and be seen and treated in under thirty minutes is such a blessing. The ladies at the front desk are so kind too. I don't want to leave them out. They set the tone for every person's visit. And I'm sure some people can be cranky when they don't feel well (or all the time maybe) but they are very compassionate and friendly. The doctor examined my rash and was very thorough in explaining what was going on and how they would treat it. I'm just so glad I didn't wait to see my PCM on Monday! It would have been a very long and miserable weekend for sure!! Everyone gets a GOLD STAR from this teacher!!

Once I was put in a room the wait was nearly three hours. The Doctor was great and informative, the nurse was great up until I told her that I needed to leave, then she got nasty and said, "Fine, if you want to leave, go right ahead. No one is stopping you." This was extremely unprofessional and shows the true nature of you Nurses when something comes up that they don't like. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back.

It was a bit ridiculous that everyone in the waiting room had to wait about three and a half hours to be seen while people were leaving constantly, but no one was being called back. Something was wrong in the back part of the urgent care where they were not processing people in a timely manner.
