My very first front desk rep when I first got to my appointment was giving me a hard time to sign in because I have not received My new ins card and must be scanned in system therefor it took me a long time on the phone with insurance companyto get the information sent over to her so she rescheduled my appointment for next day all because she had to copy my insurance card
