Dr. Munoz and his staff are truly the best. They are always upbeat and smiley, and Dr. Munoz is very thorough, and I wouldn't go to anyone else. He cares about his patients and listens to your concerns. Then, he works out a plan with you to help you feel well.

Everyone from the time we walked into the building was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Munoz took the time to answer all the questions we had and made me feel relieved getting another read on my thyroid ultrasound. He's the best!

I had my son and his wife with me, we all think how wonderful it would be if all doctors would do their job as well as Dr. Munoz. He is the best. I may also add, that his staff does a super job. They all seem helpful and seem to enjoy their job. I look forward to my next visit.

Had many questions to discuss and felt like I was dismissed. After a forty pound weight loss, this was the only issue the doctor was focused on. The issues that I had were not a concern and I left feeling uncared for.

When I would ask Dr. Munoz, what I thought was a legitimate question, he would answer in a tone and look as if I asking something that was silly or something I should have already known. At the end of our session he shook my hand and said, "keep up your exercise program." I left feeling like none of my questions were answered and that he was rushing me out.

I would like the practice or Miguel's practice to know more about me. He didn't know anything about me when I walked in there and I came early to fill out a sheet because I couldn't fill it out online and all of a sudden it stopped. But it would be, I think he should have known more about me. He just really didn't know enough about me and I don't blame him. I blame the software that I expected to tell him my age, how much I exercised without having to tell him right then and using part of my appointment. So that has nothing to do with Miguel. That has something to do with the way they do it. I've also been in Wellstar in a different practice and the same thing happened. I love my doctor. I love my PA rather. And unless I had to go in to tell her what was going on and I shouldn't have to do that.
