Dr Munoz is my favorite doctor! He is pleasant, friendly. He LISTENS and explains things and gives me options. His staff is also friendly and helpful. Seems to have low turnover-over so I see friendly familiar faces. I am a caregiver for 3 family members so I see a lot of medical offices and teams. This is number one in my opinion! Wish he were closer. There are 45 traffic lights between home and his office! There are no endocrinologists in Hiram/Dallas, but even if there were I would still make the trek to Dr. Munoz.

The office and Dr Muñoz are always on time for my appointment . The system ask me of my arrival and are expecting me. They review all my records and discuss with me my conditions. Even though is a long drive for me, I won't change my doctor because he takes good care of me. Thank you Dr Muñoz and Staff!

The Lab employees had a meeting right in the middle of all the patients not saying a word just shut their door and didn't let us know anything until 40 minutes later, after their meeting. Besides that I was happy with my visit.
