Dr. Michael J. Strong is a highly trained neurosurgeon with advanced fellowship training in both neurosurgery and orthopedic spine surgery, specializing in complex adult and pediatric spine conditions. Dr. Strong’s clinical expertise encompasses spinal deformities such as scoliosis and kyphosis, degenerative conditions including cervical and lumbar stenosis and spondylolisthesis, and spinal oncology, with a particular focus on metastatic spine disease. He offers a full spectrum of treatment options, from traditional open surgery to ultra-minimally invasive approaches like endoscopic spine surgery to motion preservation surgery, including cervical disc arthroplasty, ensuring the most appropriate treatment for each patient. He also leverages advanced navigation and robotic-assisted systems to enhance surgical precision and optimize patient outcomes.
In his personal life, Dr. Strong enjoys an active lifestyle, having completed the Boston Marathon and explored all 50 U.S. states. I felt extremely confident and the next steps in course of action that was recommended. Words cannot express how great the staff was my entire visit, would definitely recommend. Even my mom who came with me to my appointment was extremely impressed. Plus, there was virtually no wait time in being seen.
