The path leading up to my cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy surgery was challenging and, at times, frustrating due to miscommunications between my insurance provider and various administrative processes. Despite those obstacles, Dr. Strong and his team remained professional, compassionate, and committed to helping me navigate every step of the journey. Dr. Strong took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my condition, and ensure I understood my treatment options. Most importantly, he and his staff never lost sight of my goal: finding relief from the numbness affecting the left side of my body. Overall, the visit and the experience were very good. However, I do have one item where the experience could have been better. On my last visit with Dr. Strong, I arrived at the requested time. I took a seat and waited. I waited at least an hour (maybe more). I know that the doctors and the staff have a very demanding job, and there are times when your appointment does not start on time. During that hour no one came out into the waiting room and advised the multiple patients (including me) that there was a delay. Nor did they give us an estimated time on when our appointments will start. I am sure that some of us were getting into schedule conflicts because of the delay. I finally got into the examination room, and I was figuring that I was going to see Dr. Strong in a few minutes. I sat in that examination room for at least another half hour (maybe more). Again, I did not get an update from the staff on when I would see Dr. Strong. I am not going to complain about the delay. However, I am making a strong suggestion that we patients be kept informed. This information comes in handy for us to opt out of the appointment or make other arrangements due to the schedule conflicts we can/do encounter on these delays. Some of these delays we encounter can result in cancellation fees for other appointments we missed due to the delay. Overall, this practice does a very good job. I am sure the next visit will be better.

Overall, the visit and the experience were very good. However, I do have one item where the experience could have been better. On my last visit with Dr. Strong, I arrived at the requested time. I took a seat and waited. I waited at least an hour (maybe more). I know that the doctors and the staff have a very demanding job, and there are times when your appointment does not start on time. During that hour no one came out into the waiting room and advised the multiple patients (including me) that there was a delay. Nor did they give us an estimated time on when our appointments will start. I am sure that some of us were getting into schedule conflicts because of the delay. I finally got into the examination room, and I was figuring that I was going to see Dr. Strong in a few minutes. I sat in that examination room for at least another half hour (maybe more). Again, I did not get an update from the staff on when I would see Dr. Strong. I am not going to complain about the delay. However, I am making a strong suggestion that we patients be kept informed. This information comes in handy for us to opt out of the appointment or make other arrangements due to the schedule conflicts we can/do encounter on these delays. Some of these delays we encounter can result in cancellation fees for other appointments we missed due to the delay. Overall, this practice does a very good job. I am sure the next visit will be better.

My experience with Dr. Strong and the Wellstar staff was truly life-changing. The path leading up to my cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy surgery was challenging and, at times, frustrating due to miscommunications between my insurance provider and various administrative processes. Despite those obstacles, Dr. Strong and his team remained professional, compassionate, and committed to helping me navigate every step of the journey. Dr. Strong took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my condition, and ensure I understood my treatment options. Most importantly, he and his staff never lost sight of my goal: finding relief from the numbness affecting the left side of my body. Thanks to their dedication, expertise, and persistence, my surgery was successful, and the numbness that was my primary complaint has been resolved. The improvement in my quality of life has been remarkable. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Strong and the entire Wellstar team for their support, care, and commitment throughout this process. Thank you for giving me my life back and helping me return to activities that I feared I might never enjoy again. This version is professional, appreciative, and highlights both the challenges you faced and the positive impact Dr. Strong and the Wellstar staff had on your recovery.

My condition is not within the areas of this practice. No follow up scheduled. The doctor and staff were very kind and attentive. The office is under renovation or expansion and is probably an inconvenient workplace currently.

Dr. Strong and his staff were pleasant and courteous throughout my visit. The doctor used medical equipment/skeletal to help with visual affects related to the diagnosis. He also had posters to validate his diagnosis. He was extremely calm and talked me through my questions and concerns.
