The front desk employees and Dr were amazing. I felt cared for and important. However the nurse that came to the room first seemed like she didn't enjoy her job. She ask questions like she was in auto pilot. It was a bit uncomfortable in the room.

They were kind to me and tried to ease my pain. Also, the treating physician gave me advice and called the next day to ask about me and told me to visit my doctor if I needed to.

So, the nurse, I think, that saw me before the doctor, actual practitioner, I really liked her personality. She was very fun, very funny, and I always appreciate people with personality. She seemed like she really loved what she do. She's very helpful and was patient. So, I liked her a lot.

Everyone I encountered today was very welcoming and that's something that make visits more comfortable. I usually go to Wellstar Paulding Urgent Care but I loved the hospitality at the Austell location and would definitely go to that one when needed.

All three people: KeKe, Carmel, & Michael are VERY,VERY RARE regarding customer service skills. PLEASE; put my words in their personnel files: OUTSTANDING skills. Each of them deserves to be made a Supervisor so that individually they could go through the Wellstar system & teach employees how to take care of patients

Mostly all good. I think the x-ray person may need more training. It was disappointing that a sub-optimal x-ray had to be used for the diagnosis. I was surprised they could not get a white blood count. That would have been very helpful. Good staff and short wait.
