I am extremely pleased with this facility. I've been going here for a little while now. I'm glad that they opened this one in Douglasville that I can go to. I like that I'm able to schedule an appointment and be seen right away. However, this last visit, I scheduled an appointment and it didn't work out. But it is no reflection on the staff. The staff is always courteous and they always are very helpful with whatever problems that I have. So you guys keep up the good work. Thank you.

I really liked the doctor. He was very caring and listened to everything I had concerns about. He was also very nice I thought his nurse assistant was very nice also and very on top of things. I felt like the front desk person could have been more friendly and seemed to not care about patients coming for a visit

Michael Smart was amazing and I was very thankful for his help. He not only explained to me the expectations of my healing, but more importantly what to do if this was to happen again (which included coming within 12-16 hours of a gapping cut). I also learned knife safety and making sure I take care of myself and be careful when cooking and cleaning. Definitely a 10/10!
