My wife goes there as well. All family goes there. Always a great experience. Always, you know, never good to have to go to the doctor for anything, but if I had to, you know, that's an awesome place to go. I love the staff there and I always feel confident that, you know, we'll get better and that they're recommending the right things for us to do in order to get better faster. The nurse that attended me and gave me my shot, had the best bedside manner, attitude, and personality that I have seen in any doctor's office in a very long time. She was pleasant attentive and swift. She deserves praise and a raise!

The front office person was not pleasant. I'm not sure I understand the reason have to call somewhere to give my consent for x-rays or was that just an option for me to pay over the phone upfront? The lady I did spoke with for the consent was extremely nice and considerate and stated I didn't have the right insurance card linked to my daughter's account and to show my card at the front desk when leaving so they can scan it I stated this to the lady at the front desk after we were discharged And again was not a pleasant experience with her. Additionally, I've had two follow up phone calls one to tell me the final results and two to ask how my daughter was and I appreciated those calls very much.

And then the nurse, I think her name was Natasha, she was very helpful and understanding, clean. She understood my pain and she helped me with everything I needed.
