The nurse that attended me and gave me my shot, had the best bedside manner, attitude, and personality that I have seen in any doctor's office in a very long time. She was pleasant attentive and swift. She deserves praise and a raise!

The front office person was not pleasant. I'm not sure I understand the reason have to call somewhere to give my consent for x-rays or was that just an option for me to pay over the phone upfront? The lady I did spoke with for the consent was extremely nice and considerate and stated I didn't have the right insurance card linked to my daughter's account and to show my card at the front desk when leaving so they can scan it I stated this to the lady at the front desk after we were discharged And again was not a pleasant experience with her. Additionally, I've had two follow up phone calls one to tell me the final results and two to ask how my daughter was and I appreciated those calls very much.

Well, the staff was extra understanding, polite, and courteous. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and understanding. She helped me with everything. And then the nurse, I think her name was Natasha, she was very helpful and understanding, clean. She understood my pain and she helped me with everything I needed. And the doctor as well, he was very helpful and understanding. Everything was a 10, very helpful, understanding, courteous, and respectful.

This Location is Exceptional! It is Very Convenient including their 7 days a week hours. The Entire staff from receptionist on are kind, attentive, knowledgeable & prompt. Dr. Simpson is So helpful, Patient & Pleasant! He has come to my Rescue before and I am so Grateful Every Time.

So, if you have to get sick, which isn't terrific, this is the place to go to because you can get in and out fairly quickly and you're with wonderful people who really do care about how you feel. I really recommend this urgent care.

I used online appointment. There was no one at front desk when I arrived. So I checked in again. The front desk person advised she didn't see appointment at first but later found. Waited 45minutes before going back.
