Dr. Simpson was thorough and concerned about my coughing! Referred me to a pulmonary doctor and I have made an appointment. Very pleased with my visit. I can't remember the lady that did my x-rays . I think she was a CMA , she was nice to me! I passed this on to my daughter who is an RN at Kennestone!

I really enjoyed my visit to this facility, even though I don't really know what's wrong with my ankle which is fine. He offered to do chest x-ray to make sure it wasn't congestive heart failure, but said I sounded clear however when I told him about my frequency of running to the bathroom I found out that I do have a urinary track infection so he went above and beyond with taking care of me on top of that he had an awesome sense of humor

Intake, the young lady at the front desk was amazing. She was courteous. She was efficient. She was patient. She was amazing. If for no other reason, I would come back for that alone. The doctor was very kind, courteous, and I felt for that to be my first time at this facility, I felt like at home, like he was an excellent provider.

The personnel are top notch and please don't get an "expert" in there to make "improvements" at this location. they will just screw it up. This location is not broken, don't "fix" it. Thank you.

The lady at the checkin desk was on her phone the entire time I was in the waiting room and was on it when I came up to her. She asked if I had an appointment to which I said yes and she told me to take a seat. That was our entire interaction. Never another word!
