About Michael Riley, MD
Dr. Riley, a cardiac electrophysiologist, received his bachelor’s degree in chemistry and philosophy from the Rockhurst University in 1996, and went on to attend medical school at Georgetown University. After completing his internship and residency at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, he completed his cardiovascular disease training at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He then spent two years at Emory University.
Dr. Riley is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and cardiac electrophysiology. He worked with Solaris Heart for two years before joining us at Wellstar Center for Cardiovascular Care.

The staff member that escorted me to the exam room and took my vitals was rude and not very cordial. I mentioned that to her and she seemed to ignore me. I also think her placement of the EXG leads may not been correct. My experience with Dr. Riley was very positive.

Concerns: the first nurse that took my vitals and that went over info on screen, could not speak English well at all, she acted like she was in bad mood, not friendly in greeting, grunted a lot. Could not understand her at all. The second nurse that did ekg was very nice. Dr Reily is a very good and caring Dr, thankful for him.

Very bright and clean facility. Christmas decos were unbelievable beautiful. Dr. Riley is the best cardiologist I have ever had to take care of my heart. I have been his patient for over 25 years.
