The staff has been consistently friendly, professional, and prompt. My concern is not with the staff or the doctor-it's with the severe lack of accessible parking. Finding a handicap parking space was nearly impossible, and even regular parking was extremely limited. Patients should not have to arrive 30 minutes early just to navigate the parking garage and find a space. This is especially unreasonable for individuals seeking medical care, many of whom have mobility challenges or are recovering from procedures. Improving parking accessibility would significantly enhance the overall patient experience.

The Entire WellStar system was VERY Human. Since my crash there were a lot of things where stuff can fall through the cracks. And at time yes it was injurious. But when there were errors everybody jumped in and made it right. The Nursing staff was excellent, the Doctors were brave and did all the right things. And my surgeon and all of Team Quackenbush were the very best on the worst of my days. I deeply love and appreciate all of them.

There was a bit of a mixup regarding my appointment. This was quickly straightened out and I was then taken in for X-rays and then to see Dr. Quackenbush. I commend this office staff for taking me right in, instead of putting me back to the end of the line, as I was there ahead of schedule. The mixup was on there part, not mine. I also had a good 20 to 30 minute session with the doctor! This turned out to be a very good experience in office protocol.
