There are major problems with the MyChart site that need to be addressed. I took pictures of my new insurance card and attached them to the pre-check-in process. Even though I did this, I was given old information about my previous insurance policy and that I was denied coverage. Then the amount of the payment kept going up and down. It was a mess that really held up the line of people who were waiting behind me when I was checking in.

I always feel like I'm the only patient he has for the day because he makes sure he answers any questions I have and always takes time to sit and explain everything. He's never in a rush to get to anyone else.

Everyone that I encountered during this visit was great. I watched as the front office staff assisted an elderly patient that was upset about a family member not being there to pick her up. The staff was compassionate and helpful. The medical assistant was very friendly and caring. Dr. Christa is ALWAYS so nice and listens in a way you can see he cares. Thankful for a Dr and staff that I trust!
