About Michael Bryant, MD
Michael Bryant is a Georgia native having grown up in Gwinnett County and has lived in the Atlanta area most of his life. He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Amherst College in Massachusetts. He received his medical degree from Emory University, where he also completed his internship in general surgery and his urology residency.
Dr. Bryant is Board Certified in Urology. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology and a member of the American Urological Association. He treats a wide variety of men’s and women’s urologic conditions and is committed to providing compassionate, effective care using the latest medical advances and technologies.
Dr. Bryant is married with two young children and a dog. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, movies, books, and is an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta United, and University of Kentucky basketball.

This was my first appointment as a fresh 18-year-old, and I was pretty nervous. When I got into the doctor's office, the nurses and the staff were amazing. But when I spoke with the doctor, I felt rushed, I felt unheard, and I felt like he was literally irritated with me. I don't believe that he was listening to me. He was hearing me out. I believe that he just was rushing. I did not feel seen, I did not feel heard, and I left the appointment feeling devastated and more confused than what I came. I think that even though it's a short period of time for the appointment, his bedside mannerism should be evaluated. Other than that, the appointment went well, thanks to the nurses and staff. Thank you.

The improvement I would think is trying to not wait so long to see patients. I think five weeks before I could get in to see the doctor. So, and follow up. It looks like there's nothing available, you know, for weeks and weeks and weeks. So, I don't know. More doctors, something.

I have been diagnosed with Low T from a different doctor and have been on hormone replacement therapy. I changed my provider to get my insurance to cover my medication. Even with previous blood work and statements on how I bad I felt for years of low T, like tired all the time frequent headaches, hard to sleep etc. Even with all this evidence and my saying straight out that this is what I wanted and that this was just to get my insurance to cover my low T needs, all I would need is a signed pre-authorization for it, and they still denied me. This practice refused what I wanted and did not feel like they listened to me or my health needs. Does WellStar force all their patients with previous prescriptions to get off those prescriptions and suffer the adverse effects of not being on a previously diagnosed and administered medication for 6moths? Because that is what this practice is trying to force me to do. They are forcing me to prove to them my medical needs even though I have already been diagnosed with Low T and been prescribed the medication and have medical documentation to prove that I need this medication.
