Appears on the surface to be a very untrained staff both medically and with their customer service skills. It takes far too much self advocating for needs to be met by staff. It's like pulling teeth to get them to do their jobs. There's no need to confirm insurance every visit if unchanged. I've always loathed medical appointments but this place is like salt to a wound.

I was extremely relieved that I was able to get an Appointment fast as I was having an acute onset of Hypertension. My former primary care physician has retired, and I was feeling like a fish out of water since a few others in her practice are now leaving too. I feel more secure that I have a health provider again to help keep me well and is focused on my total care. I have a F/U appt to see him again in 6 months.

Hi, so I was getting blood results and for the first time ever at any doctor's office, I got the test back before any doctor commentary on it and there's quite alarming results on there. One that's like extremely alarming and it's without any commentary from doctors, you kind of are left to speculate within your mind what these mean, especially if they're extremely high numbers that are not good. And it's been a few days now, definitely more time than he said it would be for him to tell me I would get answers from him. And I've called and left a voicemail and message about these test results. So now I'm kind of just speculating in my brain what these lab results mean with no answers at all except for like I need to go to the ER according to Google. So I think it's your response.
