This was my second visit to this Wellstar location as well as with Michael Ardrey NP. I really like how upbeat and personable he is. He is very easy to talk to, and he really listens to what you have to say. He seems to take his time, not rushed as with a lot of other facilitys.

Appears on the surface to be a very untrained staff both medically and with their customer service skills. It takes far too much self advocating for needs to be met by staff. It's like pulling teeth to get them to do their jobs. There's no need to confirm insurance every visit if unchanged. I've always loathed medical appointments but this place is like salt to a wound.

Dr Micheal acted fast got me the scans I needed on the same day and he called to set it up for me. Afterwards he wanted to hear how the scans when and told me we would continue working for a solution. He was great.

I was extremely relieved that I was able to get an Appointment fast as I was having an acute onset of Hypertension. My former primary care physician has retired, and I was feeling like a fish out of water since a few others in her practice are now leaving too. I feel more secure that I have a health provider again to help keep me well and is focused on my total care. I have a F/U appt to see him again in 6 months.
