My husband was sick and now in Aiken hospital. Provider didn't seem to know what to do

The experience did not start out well they required me to be there early for my appointment to sign in and I was there early. My appointment was at one, I got there at 12:42. And they told me no one was available to do anything with me until after they returned from lunch at 1 PM. If you know there's no one in the office until 1 PM. Do not send people notices to appear at 12:45.

I have been looking for a new healthcare provider, but I've been kind of not very aggressive doing it. I really was looking for an excuse to get a real healthcare provider. My sister suggested Wells star. I believe my journey with this provider is going to be much better than what I have had the last couple years. To me It's more about my health and fixing the problem not putting a Band-Aid on it. Also excuse the grammar and punctuation because I have sausage fingers and I do not text very well. I just voice text. Thank you you have a great weekend.

The staff and physicians were great as usual. The facility, the front doors really should be made handicap accessible. Walking with a walker and recovering from a abdominal surgery I had a lot of difficulty entering and exiting the building.
