The only frustration was the check in process on the kiosk. We had a 4:20pm appointment for a sports physical. The kiosk couldn't find the appointment so we had to be checked in manually so by the time all this happened it was 4:45 (25mins after our appointment) and at which point we were told it would be 20mins before we would go back. All said and done we walked out at 5:25-5:30 for a 20 mins sports physical exam we had a 4:20pm appointment for. Non of this is the staffs fault as they were great. It's a systems issue where online appointment booking doesn't talk the same language as the check in kiosk. There is definitely room for improvement when it comes to the check in process. I want to reiterate non of this is the staffs fault they were awesome.

Melissa was the practitioner and she took time with my granddaughter to explain what her condition was, how it could occur and how to take care of it with her medications. She didn't hurry or make my granddaughter feel like she was silly asking her questions She was very kind and thorough.
