I tried to check in my son, but the computer asked for his social security number which I did not have. The front desk said they would not see him if there wasn't proof I was his mother or family. I do not carry this information with me. What finally worked was me giving her my and his insurance card which she did not bother to ask for at the outset. This made a very upsetting situation even worse and I felt like they would not tend to my toddler who had hit his head. It was ridiculous.
