The nurse that I had that brought me into the room and did my EKG was great. She was kind and courteous, helpful, encouraging, and funny. She was a joy. My visit with the PA was amazing. She took the time to listen to all of my thoughts and all of my questions, did not make me feel belittled because I had different questions and asked different things than maybe normally would ask, and she was very professional and just made me feel like I was valued and not just another patient.
