Dr Brandt was extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, compassionate, patient and understanding of my situation & understood my apprehensions in seeing a new doctor! I was impressed at how thorough she was in knowing my background and all I'd been through in my condition, the many medications I'm on and explaining the various steps my process to becoming well was going to take! She also commended me on the progress I have made and encouraged me to work on my breathing in opening up my lungs & strengthen my heart! I was very comfortable with Dr Brandt and would like to see her again in future visits. The paper work I needed for the insurance company was completed, and faxed over in a timely manner. I was very, very impressed in seeing Dr Brandt and will enjoy seeing her again! I have shared my experience with family members and several close friends because having confidence in doctors is a major accomplishment, and I feel it's important that people realize their are health professionals out there who actually do take their time with patients, who show they really do care, and take the time to listen and explain things without making the patient feel awkward or belittled.
