The medical did what most providers do and she was nice. My daughter usually does well at her doctor's visits but the staff just weren't friendly. The tone of voice and lack of eye contact. These people were very unfriendly from check-in to check-out. The nurse who tended to my daughter wasn't friendly but tried to switch it up and sound more gentle when my daughter's anxiety skyrocketed. Again, this was our first time here and unfortunately it will be our last.
