The wait time for our appointment was reasonable and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Then the nurse was extremely helpful and extra careful and concerned for my son who was feeling really ill. She even made a homemade pillow out of a gown so he could lay down. And then the practitioner, Melanie, was friendly and very informed and thorough and very nice to my son while he wasn't feeling well and also made sure that she gave me all the information I would need as a mom.
