I need help with getting back on my insulin pump and cgm after switching jobs and getting new insurance. I didn't feel like I received the help I needed. I don't have a pump and my health is not as good as when I was on a pump.

I was pleasantly greeted by the receptions who thanked me for completing my registration online. Less that five minutes Arabia, nurse assistant acknowledged me for my vitals. I told her of the extra clothes I was wearing due to the weather and she took it consideration before noting it. I appreciated her caring disposition as she professionally prepared me to see Melanie,NP. Melanie knocked and as she entered the room she introduced herself. Of course both Arabia and Melanie washed their hands and used gloves before they provided care. They both have excellent communication skills and were very attentive. Melanie addressed my concerns and they were thoroughly and clearly met. The entire facility is very accessible with elevator accommodations. There's ample parking and the office and building is very clean. I highly recommend this endocrinologist office.
