I was pleasantly greeted by the receptions who thanked me for completing my registration online. Less that five minutes Arabia, nurse assistant acknowledged me for my vitals. I told her of the extra clothes I was wearing due to the weather and she took it consideration before noting it. I appreciated her caring disposition as she professionally prepared me to see Melanie,NP. Melanie knocked and as she entered the room she introduced herself. Of course both Arabia and Melanie washed their hands and used gloves before they provided care. They both have excellent communication skills and were very attentive. Melanie addressed my concerns and they were thoroughly and clearly met. The entire facility is very accessible with elevator accommodations. There's ample parking and the office and building is very clean. I highly recommend this endocrinologist office.

Yes, we had an appointment at 9:45. I know that they suggest you get there at 9:30, but on the way to the appointment, my husband was sick and I had to stop three times for him to relieve himself because he was sick. And when we got into the office, they would not see us because we got there at 9:45. So they gave me the option of coming back later, which I did not want to do, or a video call. So I did that. And I was supposed to be online with Melanie, I think her name is, at 3:45, but she didn't join the video call. In fact, she just called me and it was after 4.
