I am so glad this office is here. This event was an emergency and I was seen immediately. I was bleeding heavily from a head wound after a fall. Treatment was immediately available. I was cleaned up, evaluated and sent to ER. THANK YOU!

Everyone was very polite and kind; however, when they took the X-rays, they did not do the correct images and had to do them again. Even then, I felt as though it wasn't the correct area for what my issue was. These were done before I saw a doctor. I even asked the doctor about it and she just hemmed and hawed about maybe it could've been better or different. I waited a very long time for the radiologist to read the X-rays. They could not get anyone to give them the results. After being there for an hour and a half a the place was closing, they said for me to leave and check the portal later for results. When I got the results later, it basically said they were inconclusive because they were not the correct images. So now I am sure that I will receive quite the bill all for nothing. Disappointed to say the least. But at least everyone was nice and the facility appeared clean.

The oral surgeon stated that the Rocephin he received at the walk-in clinic prevented the situation from being much worse.
