The waiting room was crowded with people coughing. Since I didn't have a cough or fever, I asked if I could wait in my car. The people at the desk said "yes". When it was my turn, I was called on my phone and told to come inside. I was as glad about being able to do this.

They saw me quickly and the care staff really helped me quickly - was headed toward possible anaphylaxis. I was not happy when I arrived and the lady at front desk told me to check in at kiosk. I was having a severe allergic reaction and I explained that to her. I think in that situation she should have just entered my info herself. I still had to talk to her and answer questions after the laborious kiosk process. Typing on a keyboard is much easier than typing on a kiosk.
