I've had excellent care by Dr. Nicholson and his staff. The only improvement I would make is just with the hospital itself. Very dirty and unclean in the bathrooms and just needs an update. But Dr. Nicholson's office staff, the people are great. Just the whole facility building in general needs updated. Thank you.

Although this is a well-run specialty clinical practice, all patients would benefit from relocating the Wellstar MCG Health Diabetes Clinic outside the hospital setting to offer a more reasonable price for professional services without incurring a premium and unnecessary facility charge.

Dr. Nicholson listened and is sympathic to my health issues. He understands my concerns about drug prices and keeps up with changes happeningin the drug market. I feel like he gives me the best advice for treatment of my diabetes.

My experience with Dr. Nicholson was superb. As always, he gives the very best medical advice and he's really helped me keep my diabetes manageable. I'm always pleased with the conversations we have. He's a learned man. He's a smart man. He's an intelligent man. He has fantastic bed manners and my wife and I always enjoy our visits there and we always leave knowing that we've had the best medical advice that can be given. He is the best. He is the very best. The front desk was always respectful. They have been in the past and they continue to be and professional. Dr. Nicholson is simply probably the best general physician or specific physician I've ever had. I've had a lot of them. He's thoughtful. He takes action when I ask a question. He doesn't belittle me. He is extremely knowledgeable. I'd recommend him to anybody who has an issue with their endocrinologist or so forth. He's just, he's great. Thanks.

Dr. Nicholson is hands down the best Endocrinologist I have ever had in the 30 years I have had diabetes. He always takes his time to discuss treatment options and any concerns I have. It's really wonderful to have an Endocrinologist that also has type 1 diabetes, he can understand what I'm dealing with from both a doctors perspective and a diabetics perspective. I hope he never retires.

I could not find a better Doctor than Dr. Nicholson. My only suggestion would be is open an office in Aiken, SC at least a couple days a month or a week.
