Doctor is great. Billing Dept doesn't know what they are doing. I was told that my estimated payment was $132.80, but, when I only have a $15.00 co-payment. Too many appointment reminders.

Th parking situation is terrible. We have to arrive at least 30 minutes early in order to get parked and make it to the appointment on time.

Dr. Matthew Nicholson is A+. He has done more for my DM control in the short amount I have been seeing him than my prior PCP ever did in 20 years. He is personable and caring. Being a somewhat semi-retired RN, I appreciate doctors who will talk with you and treat you as an equal. However, Wellstar policy regarding consents will cause major legal battles unless they change their methods. This has nothing to do with Dr. Nicholson, but your facility. I have discussed this with Corporate and their response is unacceptable. Wellstar corporate is more interested in $$$, basically greedy, than patient care. My concerns fall on deaf ear because corporate doesn't care!!!

Everyone was very nice and pleasant Dr Matthew Nicholson answered all my caregiver questions concerning my care. He also went step-by-step on instructions how we should monitor my blood glucose and how much insulin I need to take. I thank you all so very much for being kind and wonderful to me. The receptionist at the front desk gave my caretaker information about financial help if I need it and I thank her for that as well everyone was so very nice I truly will recommend your services to my friends and family who are in need in such service.

I love coming to Dr. Nicholson, Matthew Nicholson. I travel all the way from Poole, Georgia. It was about a two-hour commute there and back. He's very friendly, professional, and well-knowledge. And he makes you feel at ease with getting better, gives you hope. Tells you the truth, but yet gives you hope.
