From the reception, to the medical assistant, to Dr Nicholson, I felt genuinely taken care of from the time I walked in, to the time I walked out. I believe I was their last patient of the day, but they treated me like I was their first and most important. THAT is not only good service, THAT is good medicine at a well-run practice.

I could not find a better Doctor than Dr. Nicholson. My only suggestion would be is open an office in Aiken, SC at least a couple days a month or a week.

Dr. Nicholson is an awesome practitioner. He has done wonders in his treatment compared to my previous physician who started treating me. Had my initial physician referred me to Dr. Nicholson earlier when requested, I wouldn't have had to endure problems that could have been avoided
