Dr. Nicholson has always been so helpful in guiding me through my diabetic experience. There are times when my sugar has been up and down, up and down, and he has coached me with certain diets and how to change my diet. I've had diabetes for a while, but he has always been so helpful. And any time that I have run out of medicines, I've called and I have gotten my refills as I've needed, as he's ordered. And if I needed a refill, and if he wanted to change a dose, all I had to do was call a number and he would always get back with me. If not by one of the ones of his staff, or sometimes personally, he would call, which is really helpful to know that I can trust him with the refills.

Doctor is great. Billing Dept doesn't know what they are doing. I was told that my estimated payment was $132.80, but, when I only have a $15.00 co-payment. Too many appointment reminders.
