needs to be better availability for clients. I had to wait nearly two months to be seen. And my appointment, my consult, there was nothing that was done. So dealing with an issue for seven to 10 months, waited months to be seen, and then leave the experience with Nothing found except a potential follow-on for a CT scan. Everything needs to be able to be done in-house and provide a customer who's been dealing with issues for quite some time some sort of path ahead, not what happened and we're going to give you some more sinus solution that doesn't do anything. So just a recommendation.

During the talk about why my ears were bugging me. Matthew Mentioned he saw hard wax , try to vacuum it out. Upon leaving say to schedule 4mo out and if the wax was still there, he would clean it . So my only question is why not finish the job while there and clean it and then come back in 4 mo to see if there more build up.
