The office experience was great; however, my experience making an MRI appointment was terrible. Waited 28 minutes on hold to speak to a reservation agent and right after the agent came on the call I was disconnected. I then tried to make an appointment on MyChart website and couldn't locate the website to make an appointment for a MRI so I gave up.
