Dr. Belcher and his staff are always excellent. The insurance people usually refuse to file my claim with the correct carrier. They stubbornly flip it to Medicare. We have tried many times to get this corrected. This is a valid problem that needs to be addressed and fixed.

Our room was uncomfortably cold, and it wasn't clear that the staff (who were also cold!) knew how to "fix" that. Other than that we felt that we received excellent care.

I have been going to that clinic for over 30 years. Dr. Chester, up until he retired, and now with WellStar. I've had very good service for the entire time up until this last surgery. This last surgery was very painful and still suffering.

The nurse gave me very good instructions on how to care for my incisions and provided me with the information and the materials I needed. The worst thing would be that they didn't schedule me for my wound checkup on location at the time, which would have been better than me hoping for a call or having to set it up myself. Thank you.
