I had rather a long wait for my appointment. It would have been nice if someone had come to me and explained why I waited so long. The reason was understandable. It would only take a moment to show some Customer Service.

Dr Belcher really cares about his patience experience and the work that he does. The procedure was clearly explained so that I knew exactly what to expect during. The other doctor that administered the numbing shots was so thoughtful and careful as the nose is so sensitive. The nurse did a fantastic job bandaging me up and explaining post procedure care
