Our room was uncomfortably cold, and it wasn't clear that the staff (who were also cold!) knew how to "fix" that. Other than that we felt that we received excellent care.

There were a lot of different doctors and medical personnel being trained or doing internships, but everyone was very caring and helpful.

Doctor Belcher and nurses on the 5th floor were fantastic. I was telling my wife how pleased I was with the service. Then we get to our car parked in a handicapped parking spot, we have a handicapped tag on our vehicle and we have a $50 dollar ticket stuck on the windshield. Now is this a good practice? I think not. A warning would have been sufficient. I will definitely not recommend wellstar to anyone for any kind of service. The lady sitting at the front desk on the right side downstairs should be nicer also.

The nurse gave me very good instructions on how to care for my incisions and provided me with the information and the materials I needed. The worst thing would be that they didn't schedule me for my wound checkup on location at the time, which would have been better than me hoping for a call or having to set it up myself. Thank you.

At beginning of survey I was asked if I trusted provider with my care . At the time I wasn't sure all though I had did a little research finding my doctor highly recommended and highly skilled . He's now on my list of Quality doctors that I try to surround myself with . He and his entire staff were top notch in every way . I'm hoping that I never need Mohs surgery again, but if I do I know where I'm going . Thanks to the entire team for doing what they do so well and allowing me to have a Marvelous outcome !
