We had a problem with finding the place. Everyone was very nice at the office. The only issue I had was the chair was the greatest. The experience was fine and I was told what to expect all the way through.

It would have been nice to have met with the doctor face to face to answer questions and to discuss things rather than walking in the day of the procedure and having it done then. An appointment beforehand would have been much more appreciated and an opportunity to ask questions and become more informed and make more decisions.

Dr Belcher was on time, explained the procedure well, was knowledgeable about my condition and an expert at using the laser for treatment. He was concerned over my pain tolerance and checked frequently that I was tolerating the procedure well. I was very pleased with my visit.

The other doctor that administered the numbing shots was so thoughtful and careful as the nose is so sensitive. The nurse did a fantastic job bandaging me up and explaining post procedure care
