From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The first person I encountered was patient and kind and that meant so much. I was uncomfortable, but for a moment I forgot about my pain which was a gift. The nurse was so patient and supportive and also very kind. Exactly the right person to meet when you walk through those doors and enter an exam room. Then the doctor walked in and gave me the time and attention that I craved. He reassured me that I would feel better and he calmed some of my fears. He went over my test results with so much patience and answered all my questions as if I was the only person he would encounter that day. My situation may have seemed minor and simple and small to them, but they made me feel seen and heard and cared for at a time when my situation seemed major, complicated and big to me. They were are simply amazing ?
