Katrina the MA was above and beyond! She was so welcoming and kind from the moment she called me from the waiting area! She was compassionate, caring , complimentary to me from the beginning She reassured me that I was in good hands I can't imagine a better first impression of Wellstar Cherokee! Dr Austin was also exemplary He was very polite and kind and truly listened to what I was saying about the symptoms I presented with I am new to Georgia and am glad that I chose Wellstar Cherokee for my care Woodstock GA

We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Austin. I would say he's been my favorite provider that we have seen for my son and we have seen several over our time with Wellstar Urgent Care at Cherokee. He was incredibly thorough, incredibly kind, spent time and I felt like he very much examined my son fully, what I have not seen every time and experienced. He was very detailed. All the staff showed care for my child. The front office staff was incredibly hospitable and kind when we walked in and made sure that we were comfortable and we were seen quickly and in the time that we were told we would be seen.

We have seen Dr. Austin several times. He is thorough and knowledgeable. He has a kind, calm way of dealing with the situation. We knew that we were in capable hands the minute he entered the room.

I thought everyone was professional and caring, reaching out. The only question I had was, I have a temperature of 96.8 and my temperature was 98. And then I was told by the doctor if I started running a fever after I left to call because he'd have to do some different medication. I was a little confused but didn't think to ask any questions.

Dr. Austin and the entire staff were all outstanding...professional, knowldegeable, kind and courteous and are true assets to the WellStar health system! Negative is the Xray procedure/system. You wouldn't be there if you didn't need help...having to call and register/schedule an Xray when you don't feel well and go thru all that is ridiculous. Some don't have or carry a cell phone. I wish I had something to offer for improvement. I strongly feel patients shouldn't have to deal with this.
