I had a great experience. I did not have to wait. I went in immediately. The nurse that did my blood pressure, she was fabulous and Dr. Austin is great.

We live up in the North Georgia Mountains & I know I'm in the best care with my medical team, whether primary care to oncology & more!?

Made an appointment that morning online before they opened for the 1st open time slot and I was seen within 10 minutes of completing the registration at the kiosk. Everyone was nice and understanding during my visit. Honestly a great urgent care experience and given this is right down the road from my house I'll be coming back if I find myself in a similar situation again where my PCP is booked and I need to be seen right away.

She was compassionate, caring , complimentary to me from the beginning She reassured me that I was in good hands I can't imagine a better first impression of Wellstar Cherokee! Dr Austin was also exemplary He was very polite and kind and truly listened to what I was saying about the symptoms I presented with I am new to Georgia and am glad that I chose Wellstar Cherokee for my care Woodstock GA
