Every person there was courteous, comforting and instilled a sense of peace. I knew I was important to care for. I did not wait but about 3 minutes and was taken back. I then hardly waited on the nurse or Doctor, at all. It was AMAZING. The doctor knew exactly what was going on. He did a quick exam and confirmed. He gave me meds and told me how to take them and gave me follow up instructions. The entire staff that we interacted with was spectacular!

Dr Austin was outstanding. Attentive, knowledgeable, and ordered labs without overdoing on tests/procedures. Prescribed meds that helped ASAP during a holiday when timing was crucial. Also, gave excellent advice to me going forward. Well-liked by staff. Very pleasant, efficient office. Not just a job to these people. Very pleased.

When amen back to room there were two nurses. One was calm at the terminal and started asking questions while the other one was let's get the B/p cuff on and I'm not sure had got to the chair and then she's putting the pulse ox on and then I asked if only one of them addressed me at the time. Yes... of course my BP was elevated and the short sided nurse left. The nurse at terminal calmly got my info and then retook my BP and finished my vitals.

I had cough, congestion, runny nose etc for over a month with no improvement with OTC medicines. The prescriptions Dr Austin provided had me feeling great within two days. Also the nurse was wonderful, even called to make sure I was OK.
