When amen back to room there were two nurses. One was calm at the terminal and started asking questions while the other one was let's get the B/p cuff on and I'm not sure had got to the chair and then she's putting the pulse ox on and then I asked if only one of them addressed me at the time. Yes... of course my BP was elevated and the short sided nurse left. The nurse at terminal calmly got my info and then retook my BP and finished my vitals.

I had cough, congestion, runny nose etc for over a month with no improvement with OTC medicines. The prescriptions Dr Austin provided had me feeling great within two days. Also the nurse was wonderful, even called to make sure I was OK.

Dr M Austin allowed my input regarding plan of treatment! Pleased they took time to recheck B/P with manual cuff due to the auto machine being painful, thus elevated B/P! The entire staff very caring and warm! This urgent care center is outstanding!
