Made an appointment that morning online before they opened for the 1st open time slot and I was seen within 10 minutes of completing the registration at the kiosk. Everyone was nice and understanding during my visit. Honestly a great urgent care experience and given this is right down the road from my house I'll be coming back if I find myself in a similar situation again where my PCP is booked and I need to be seen right away.

We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Austin. I would say he's been my favorite provider that we have seen for my son and we have seen several over our time with Wellstar Urgent Care at Cherokee. He was incredibly thorough, incredibly kind, spent time and I felt like he very much examined my son fully, what I have not seen every time and experienced. He was very detailed. All the staff showed care for my child. The front office staff was incredibly hospitable and kind when we walked in and made sure that we were comfortable and we were seen quickly and in the time that we were told we would be seen.
