Wish the provider would of listened to me. Mentioned to the doctor that the only thing that will help clear my cough and congestion would be a steroid for my upper respiratory illness, but he said that he did not like to give steroids and send in a cough medication, that did not work. I had tried all the over the counter meds prior to coming in. Had to be rechecked somewhere else and pay another copay.
