We have seen Dr. Austin several times. He is thorough and knowledgeable. He has a kind, calm way of dealing with the situation. We knew that we were in capable hands the minute he entered the room.

I thought everyone was professional and caring, reaching out. The only question I had was, I have a temperature of 96.8 and my temperature was 98. And then I was told by the doctor if I started running a fever after I left to call because he'd have to do some different medication. I was a little confused but didn't think to ask any questions.

Dr. Austin and the entire staff were all outstanding...professional, knowldegeable, kind and courteous and are true assets to the WellStar health system! Negative is the Xray procedure/system. You wouldn't be there if you didn't need help...having to call and register/schedule an Xray when you don't feel well and go thru all that is ridiculous. Some don't have or carry a cell phone. I wish I had something to offer for improvement. I strongly feel patients shouldn't have to deal with this.
