The doctor would listen and understand, and not just go by safe book

Dr. Austin and the entire staff were all outstanding...professional, knowldegeable, kind and courteous and are true assets to the WellStar health system! Negative is the Xray procedure/system. You wouldn't be there if you didn't need help...having to call and register/schedule an Xray when you don't feel well and go thru all that is ridiculous. Some don't have or carry a cell phone. I wish I had something to offer for improvement. I strongly feel patients shouldn't have to deal with this.

The doctor that took care of me yesterday was kind and truly listened intently. He treated me very well and I'm grateful as I've some poor experiences recently and over the years with doctors. Some there; however, this was easily the best experience I've had with a doctor in many years and I'm so thankful!
