All the people that I work with in that practice, Mason is one I have most of my respect for. He listens and he talks through things and takes his time. And I've been with him several times for audiology, including the whole practice. They're a very welcoming staff. I will say that on the whole, that they are all very, they're friendly and welcoming and make you feel like you're just part of them. Thank you. I'm finished. I don't even know what to say.

The technician went out of his way to help me. I was there to get just a hearing test. I had wax in my ear and he took care of that and I felt much better when I left the place. So I rate him a 10. Thank you.

They did do tests and gave me those results right away, which is great, but since they weren't able to give me a reason for my problem it really just leaves me hanging at this point. I don't know where to go next.

He was the first provider that gave you really true options about whether you used his services or he heard what other good remarks that came from, like an example, Costco for the hearing aid. No one has ever been honest enough to even acknowledge of the services or the prices or equipment. I just thought that was very, very professional and very kind of him to do that. So I give him a 10 just for being so honest. So thank you.

Mason was terrific. He was able to adjust my hearing aids perfectly and answered a lot of questions I had. Due to his expertise and advice the tinnitus I've been experiencing is much improved already. He is personable and professional and easy to communicate with.?

Dr. Mault + Dr. Vick were incredible. He had my fair share of bad luck with providers who rush through my visit and make me feel unheard. I waited a long time for this appointment but this is my second time coming to this office and the staff is truly so beyond friendly and welcoming. There's a very sweet lady at the front desk who was there last year and is so kind. Britney the nurse was awfully kind and put my nerves as ease as well. Thank you Dr. Vick + Dr. Mault!!!

He conducted the hearing test and provided me with the results, including an explanation of the results. Dr. Parks examined me and asked me additional questions about my health. He performed a detailed examination and answered my questions. The entire visit was excellent.
