I love the way the staff from the receptionists to the doctors take interest in wanting to help fix whatever problem(s) you have. In this case it's my father who has lost most of his hearing. Everyone is patient in listening, caring and making suggestions. True professionalism is shown in the entire office.

Your front help desk team (closest to the visitors' elevators) could us a little more customer service training. Extremely short and I felt scolded for following the directions I was given. Better "delivery" of instructions is need in directions. Especially when she was helping another person when she continued to be blunt to me. Extremely rude.

One doctor commented on my teeth I didn't think that had anything to do with my visit. My poor medibolic health (PKU) and nutrition had anything to do with my hearing.
