He is very friendly and very thorough and I leave feeling informed and aware of my diagnosis and the available options to me. It was a great visit. The technicians and staff were very helpful. They made sure I was signed in quickly and efficiently. Everything went pretty seamlessly. The audiologist and the nurse who saw me did fantastic jobs. I felt like they were both very relatable and made an effort to get me taken care of in the right way. So I greatly appreciate it.

I have so much anxiety about my situation and was so grateful for all of the support that I received ?

He was great. Had a severe infection that impacted hearing and couldn't speak nor hear. No ENT dr's available until 1-26. But I have hearing aids anyway so went to see Mason. He took care of everything, and even found an ENT doctor to see me who had a cancellation right after my appt w/Mason. Went above and beyond. Needed prescriptions, sent immediately. They went above and beyond
