Every one that I met from the staff at the front desk to the young man that did my testing and the MD was so Amazing and supportive!!!! Did not feel rushed and was met with compassion by everyone! I have so much anxiety about my situation and was so grateful for all of the support that I received ?

He was great. Had a severe infection that impacted hearing and couldn't speak nor hear. No ENT dr's available until 1-26. But I have hearing aids anyway so went to see Mason. He took care of everything, and even found an ENT doctor to see me who had a cancellation right after my appt w/Mason. Went above and beyond. Needed prescriptions, sent immediately. They went above and beyond

Dr. Mason Mault was very knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was doing during the exam. He answered all of my questions and then took the time to write down some places I could go for further testing. He had a good rapport with my son and made him feel very comfortable.

And I've been with him several times for audiology, including the whole practice. They're a very welcoming staff. I will say that on the whole, that they are all very, they're friendly and welcoming and make you feel like you're just part of them. Thank you. I'm finished. I don't even know what to say.

The technician went out of his way to help me. I was there to get just a hearing test. I had wax in my ear and he took care of that and I felt much better when I left the place. So I rate him a 10. Thank you.

He was the first provider that gave you really true options about whether you used his services or he heard what other good remarks that came from, like an example, Costco for the hearing aid. No one has ever been honest enough to even acknowledge of the services or the prices or equipment. I just thought that was very, very professional and very kind of him to do that. So I give him a 10 just for being so honest. So thank you.
