Long wait time. Mason very informative and professional. Doctor was not engaging and provided less information than Mason. Would not recommend doctor.

Both providers that I saw that day were excellent, caring, very good at listening and explaining things. And it is absolutely crazy that you're having your employees park in the woods down the way from your hospital and forcing them to walk to the building. So hopefully there's some improvement on that situation.

My visit was wonderful! Everyone I met were super nice and helped me to understand my visit as well as answered my questions. My audiologist, Mason, was so nice and personable. He addressed all of my questions and helped me to feel better about getting my hearing tested. He also made sure I understood my results and offered some options. My provider, Dee Dee, addressed all my concerns and helped me to understand my results and offered options.

Dr. Vick took a lot of time with me and had throughly read my medical history. The audiologist was excellent as well. I feel confident in their assessment and treatment plan. Thank you to everyone at this office.

Overall the doctors were extremely kind and helpful put me very much at ease with my concerns with my daughter. However the front office staff made this appointment difficult for us. My husband and I brought in my stepdaughter his biological daughter in for a visit. I understand this is not the normal set up for all families but we have a blended family and when I made the appointment for my stepdaughter I was told a biological parent must be there I understand there are certain papers that must be completed but I was told I could not bring her without a parent coming into the office so we did as told and my husband gave approval and the front office staff were so disrespectful and spoke down to me while completing the check in process. So much so that my child noticed and asked me why they were treating me like that. I feel like there should be better training for how to handle these blended family dynamics without treating anyone as less then one another.
