Mary Kay did an amazing job, but the front desk put me in a room and forgot that I was there and I didn't see her for an hour and a half and the only reason that she knew I was in my room was because I went out the door and asked if I was going to be seen. So I'm very upset about that.

I met a young lady today, I only saw her badge and it said Shantel. She was African American. Race had nothing to do with it but, she was very professional, and she listened to me, and passed it on to my physician. My physician was Mary Kay, and she was the best! Very professional as well, listened to my concerns of my health, and was concerned about what was going on with me. I want to Thank these kind Ladies!

The nurse's really listen to me, I am a hard stick. A butterfly needle is best to use to draw blood. If is always nearly impossible to draw from my upper arms. I told them to go ahead and try and they did. I expressed that I was only going to allow one attempt and suggested that they try the back of my hand. It was successful but they could only fill two tubes and then the flow of blood stopped. A second nurse came in and I informed her of the situation and she too listened and drew from the back of my hand. I was completely satisfied with the outcome of today's visit.

I was sick Monday morning. I called to see if I could see Mary Kate Mulhall. Same day appointment, and they got me in. And I was seen very quickly. And the nurse that checked me in was so friendly and courteous and caring. Mary Kate, when she came in, she was also very courteous, very caring. She listened to me. She talked with me. And I would definitely say she is an asset to your company. And I would recommend family and friends to that office for her.
