My health is in an ambiguous place, if you will, which is particularly scary as a Black woman because I've had more than my fair share of providers who couldn't care less when the issue was more apparent. Dr. Long took the time to listen to me, engage in conversation, and truly made me feel safe and heard. I look forward to continuing my care with her.

Mary went above and beyond a typical checkup by cleaning out my ears, identifying a toe issue I had, and several other small things I've forgotten. So happy to finally have a GP I'll stick with

We're very thorough on their questions, took time with me, got to know me and I got to know them. I know what the next steps will be. I cannot tell you that this Wellstar campus is a blessing to me right now. It's an all in one stop. And from what I could tell, you have the best staff there. So thank you very much.

The check-in process was very seamless. The people that greeted me were so friendly, very nice and helpful. I didn't wait very long, which was wonderful. And my nurse that took my vital signs was very friendly and felt like she really understood me. And I loved Dr. Shin's practitioner, Mary. She was super helpful and very easy to chat with and understood my needs and what I was there for. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

My experiences with the providers have always been positive. They are efficient, and my appointments are consistently quick yet thorough. That has always been the case, and I truly appreciate their professionalism. However, my concern is with the extended wait time for laboratory services. Although my appointment was completed promptly, I waited over an hour for lab work. While waiting, I spoke with several other patients in line. I learned that the lab is not exclusively affiliated with Wellstar and that patients outside the network also use the facility for blood work. I must use this one because I do not have standing orders to use other laboratories. A system to prioritize Wellstar patients would be helpful, as this could improve efficiency and reduce wait times for those receiving care within the network.
