I like coming to the WellSTAR Medical Park because everything is located under the same roof. You have the medical labs, you can get your blood work done, you can have a surgery if need be, as well as your doctor's appointment. So I like all of those options being under one roof.

The check-in process was very straightforward and clear, and I appreciate that. The care with the doctor was excellent. She's very detailed. She walks you through anything that's going wrong. She reviews your file, provides all updates, and I appreciate that for her. The check-out process was not so good. There was a line, and there were other ladies at the desk that could have answered some questions, but they continue to talk. So it would be appreciated that if there was a line of people checking in or checking out, that it's clear, and the line for check-in is not the same line for check-out for someone that was not feeling well and had to wait for 15 minutes to check out. It's not an efficient process.
