My overall experience was great. The check-in staff and nurse were super pleasant and helpful. Provider encounter was as expected. However the check out experience was not great. The person checking me out and scheduling my next appointment was seated at a computer halfway across the room from the window and apparently expected me to yell to be heard a thought it was appropriateto do the same. While we were not really discussing health information, I still found this extremely rude and unprofessional. I've never had this experience at check out there before and hope it doesn't happen again.

Her kindness, compassion, and genuine care for her patients make every visit comfortable and reassuring. I am grateful to have such a wonderful provider and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who is both skilled and caring. I also want to recognize the lab technician who drew my blood today. I have very difficult veins, and blood draws are often challenging for me. She was professional, patient, and exceptionally skilled. She found the vein immediately, got the blood sample on the first stick, and made the entire process completely painless. Her expertise and caring approach were greatly appreciated and made a big difference in my experience.
