Was there for a sore throat and she found a blip with my heart and referred me to cardiology- probably saved my life and I am so grateful to the wonderful team at Wellstar Acworth!

I made an appointment because I was not feeling well at all and I didn't want a long wait. I never got called back until an hour and a half after my appointment time. They took several people before me that came in after me. I had to approach the front desk to explain that. She was very polite and kind but it's still not a good procedure to take people ahead of an appointment person. Especially a hour and a half longer. Her answer was they had several emergencies before me. But the sign on the door reads....This is not an emergency facility. I'm confused.

I found it unusual to be in an exam room next to a bathroom. I heard the toilet flush and sound of toilet paper being pulled. With exception of that, the visit was acceptable.

You did incredible. I even received a call back, I think two days later, just making sure everything went okay and that my Achilles was doing well. The provider that saw me that day, I believe it was a nurse practitioner, she did incredible. I really appreciate everything she did and stitches are going great, everything's fine. Thanks again for all your help. It was great.

All of my generous, I guess, not complaints, but all of my good ones were for the actual medical staff itself. However, the provider, Mary, she was horrible. And I always go to Kennestone Urgent Care, but Mary, she's, that was my first time having her as a provider, and I would not recommend anyone to her. But as far as with the medical staff, the assistants, they were phenomenal, like always.
