PA Harper is amazing. I really appreciate her understanding my symptoms and treating them as a priority. I came on a sunday morning. I was the first patient after being up since 3 am and I was in very bad shape. She ordered a shot to take the pressure off of my sinuses. See if you did not know on sunday my pharmacy does not open for me to get meds untill 11:00 am. So her treatment was awesome and now I am taking my other meds as she prescribed and I am doing better. I would reccomend her to anyone. Thank You PA Harper for your help and for caring for your patients.

Excellent experience. It was time visiting an urgent care. I thought I was going to dread my visit. All of the staff that was part of my visit was extremely polite and professional. They listened to my every concern.

The receptionist was extremely soft spoken and barely opened the sliding glass to communicate. I went to the window first as directed, then checked in at the kiosk and sat down. It waited a over an hour before noticing a oneone who checked in after me being called back. I went to the window to inquire. The receptionist stated that she had called my name 4 times and I didn't respond. I told her that I find not hear her and that she needed to speak louder. She looked at me and said "No one else had trouble hearing me". She had me dignity the pad and told me someone would see me shortly. I did observe another patient motion his hand to his ear indicating he couldn't hear her. The tv was on in the waiting room with volume at normal, not reduced, and a family with children was also there. I was sitting clearly in the line of sight of the window. I believe the receptionist could have tried a little more, especially since I had been to the window to start with and she saw me sitting there. Iam a senior citizen and admit that I may not hear everything. This needs to be improved. I had an injury and ended up spending all afternoon there. The service from the nurse and doctor was excellent.

The PA, Marron Harper asked what pharmacy we wanted the prescription sent to but she never sent it to our pharmacy. I called the urgent care 4 times on Monday 03/023026 to speak with the PA but no one answered and the PA never called me back. I had to go there on Monday evening to tell the front desk person what the PA failed to do just to try to straighten out their mess . It was very annoying and I realized the PA was irresponsible by not sending the prescription as soon as possible. And no one answered my 4 calls to wellstar urgent care on peach orchard rd in augusta ga when I tried to reach them about the prescription that my pharmacy never received. Very unprofessional and annoying. Never again will I visit that location.

Honestly it's closer to my house than Eisenhower hospital plus the staff was friendly didn't have issues . They worked as quick and diligently as they could. Obviously you'll wait a little bit but worth it when it took 10-15 to be done and out and get his med prescribed. Staff was excellent with my son didn't have issues with him being afraid they kept him interacted with their tools. So would I go here again , yea of course oh and I promise you I'm not a bot or a hired reviewer lol

PA Harper is amazing. I really appreciate her understanding my symptoms and treating them as a priority. I came on a sunday morning. I was the first patient after being up since 3 am and I was in very bad shape. She ordered a shot to take the pressure off of my sinuses. See if you did not know on sunday my pharmacy does not open for me to get meds untill 11:00 am. So her treatment was awesome and now I am taking my other meds as she prescribed and I am doing better. I would reccomend her to anyone. Thank You PA Harper for your help and for caring for your patients.
