It was prompt and assistant and provider was respectful and thorough. Provider in knowledge and very informative explained diagnosis were you understood the terminology.

It was ok but I sign in before I got there about 815 and didn't get in the back about 929am and didn't didn't leave in 1015 no one was in the lobby

Basically I diagnosed myself. The provider came in and asked my symptoms but then proceeded to ask me what medicines worked in the past so she could send those prescriptions over. It just wasn't the best experience I've had at an urgent care because even with the medicines I told her, how do I know they would work for whatever is going on because I didn't even get a diagnosis from her. I just assumed upper respiratory infection.

The doctor was very nice and helpful. She prescribed antibiotics and she seemed genuinely interested in the well being of my child providing detailed information and course of action.

Excellent staff...PA, medical assistant and front desk clerk were very warm and caring. The PA, Marron Harper, was very detailed in her exam and explanations. She listened attentively and provided what was needed to treat my conditions.

Will never go back ! The way me and my family were treated was uncalled for and very very low . I pray no one ever goes here !!

Hi, as an urgent care facility, I feel that stronger medications such as opiates to treat acute pain would be an appropriate thing to have at the facility. However, I was told that this particular urgent care has opted out of using those types of pharmaceuticals, and I feel that it is not appropriate for an urgent care to not have stronger pain medications for acute injuries.

PA Harper is amazing. I really appreciate her understanding my symptoms and treating them as a priority. I came on a sunday morning. I was the first patient after being up since 3 am and I was in very bad shape. She ordered a shot to take the pressure off of my sinuses. See if you did not know on sunday my pharmacy does not open for me to get meds untill 11:00 am. So her treatment was awesome and now I am taking my other meds as she prescribed and I am doing better. I would reccomend her to anyone. Thank You PA Harper for your help and for caring for your patients.

Excellent experience. It was time visiting an urgent care. I thought I was going to dread my visit. All of the staff that was part of my visit was extremely polite and professional. They listened to my every concern.

The receptionist was extremely soft spoken and barely opened the sliding glass to communicate. I went to the window first as directed, then checked in at the kiosk and sat down. It waited a over an hour before noticing a oneone who checked in after me being called back. I went to the window to inquire. The receptionist stated that she had called my name 4 times and I didn't respond. I told her that I find not hear her and that she needed to speak louder. She looked at me and said "No one else had trouble hearing me". She had me dignity the pad and told me someone would see me shortly. I did observe another patient motion his hand to his ear indicating he couldn't hear her. The tv was on in the waiting room with volume at normal, not reduced, and a family with children was also there. I was sitting clearly in the line of sight of the window. I believe the receptionist could have tried a little more, especially since I had been to the window to start with and she saw me sitting there. Iam a senior citizen and admit that I may not hear everything. This needs to be improved. I had an injury and ended up spending all afternoon there. The service from the nurse and doctor was excellent.
