I waited over an hour and 30 miles mins to be seen. I was originally quoted 40 mins. There was Nothing urgent about this visit.

Dr.Harper was Great the front desk not professional at all play too much when people don't feel well ,being rude un concern is not the answer period

The PA did not make much eye contact when explaining the temporary relief solution. I had a bad swollen knee suddenly and I was not offered any testing but yet advised on 2 injections and meds to pharmacy that has yet to make it there yet post 24 hrs since visit. I did not receive any documentation of my vist nor has it yet been logged in the portal. I'm sure I'll receive a hefty bill for this bandaid of service. I have scheduled yet another appt with Wellstar family medicine for Wednesday of the same week which is 2 days post urgent visit because I was not satisfied with the services rendered and my knee is still swollen with associated pain and discomfort.

I forgot the provider's name but I just want to say she was the most friendliest medical professional. She took the time to listen and to talk to me as a person not just a patient. I wish she could be my primary care physician.

Dr. Marron was amazing. I typically stay away from doctors and having to go to doctors and this was an extremely difficult time for me but she was amazing and her front desk was staff was awesome. If I could see her as a regular primary care physician, I would in a blink of an eye.

The facility was clean and inviting. The provider was thorough. The front desk lady was polite. BUT we had to wait over an hour to be seen and urgent care was not busy. There was no one else in the waiting room and the parking lot only had a few cars. I understand having to wait this long when there is an influx of patients, but that was not the case that day. Waiting over an hour to see a provider is off putting and does not encourage me to use this location again unless absolutely necessary.
