I appreciate that I felt seen and heard by the doctor even though I was the among the last to be seen. The doctor's attentiveness was very encouraging and energetic in light of circumstance.

The physician assistant was excellent. She was very personal and she was very concerned. Some of the other service received did not provide all of the care like she did.

Came in for severe heartburn due to and ulcer. They gave me something that helped and sent in prescriptions. Only thing was the main one I needed to fix the problem, Sucrafate, wasnt called so I had to wait til after work and go back to the store.

Didn't put in my prescription until my wife returned to the office 6 hrs later. Took over 2.5hrs from time of entry to exit. The point of f these satellite offices is supposed to be quicker services.

The wait time was crazy. After checking in and showing my insurance info I waited for another 1hr and 1/2 before I was seen. I think for such a small facility they should get the buzzers similar to what restaurants have to increase efficiency. The buzzers would help clear the waiting room ( limited seating) and help patients make better use of their time as well as reduce wait time frustrations.

The provider was wonderful. Zoomed in on our problem and ordered the right meds to fix the problem. I my case i was feeling so much better before we left the office. Vertigo is terrible. The breathing treatment my partner recieved started breaking up the crap in his lungs and he was breathing so much easier. We aren't cured yet but 100% feeling better.

The doctor was great. The front office receptionist was rude and did not respond well, would not even look at you when you were speaking, was just completely rude, flinging things across the desk.

The front desk staff was not very welcoming and they didn't let me know that it was going to be a wait. Even if they said we're a little behind because we have a few walk-ins and we have a couple of appointments ahead of you. They didn't say that. Also, when they did finally call me to the back, the person who came to their door was very unwelcoming, not courteous or smiling or greeting me in a sense. Didn't introduce himself or the doctor, I don't even know if it was a doctor or nurse practitioner or whomever, don't know that person's name. Nobody introduced themselves. I don't know any names of who I saw. And it was very bland, like the room, the atmosphere, the energy was very bland, not very welcoming or concerning, like, oh my goodness, I'm so sorry to hear that. Well, let's see what we got going on.
