This was my first time at this facility and the staff were very courteous and welcoming. I was upset with myself because it was almost closing time when I arrived but that didn't matter to the staff. They helped me with my need and did an amazing job. I worked in customer service my entire career and it is really hard to get great customer service now a days.

The wait to see the provider was over an hour and it took another hour to get an ECG. Recommend more staff and another ECG machine at this facility. Also, my previous heart studies were unavailable due to a system change earlier this year, which prevented my provider to compare previous ECG tests with the one cone at this visit.

I only had a non-painful ear-infection. My demeanor was quite calm, and the staff mirrored that appropriately. Despite how I answered some of the questions, the visit went overall perfectly with no room for improvement. I'm confident that if I had been in some sort of visible distress that the staff would have responded appropriately.

We had an excellent experience at this urgent care facility when my daughter needed to have a fingernail removed. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, attentive, and reassuring, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The front desk handled everything quickly and with a smile, and the nurse was gentle, patient, and comforting toward my daughter. The doctor provided outstanding care, thorough, professional, and compassionate. She explained the procedure clearly, answered all of our questions, and took extra steps to ensure my daughter felt comfortable and safe. The procedure itself was handled with great skill, and the follow-up instructions were explained in detail so we felt confident leaving. I am truly grateful for the care and compassion shown by everyone at this facility. They turned what could have been a very scary experience into one where my daughter felt supported and cared for. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of medical attention.

Although the radiologist had left, the doctor arrange for me to return the next day. I waited less than 10 minutes to receive my x-ray. Also the doctor followed through immediately in sending my prescriptions to the pharmacy and they were ready when I got there.

I understand wait times but 2 1/2 hours just to get seen I feel is too long. Loved that the doctor told me what pharmacies covered the medicine with my insurance.

The PA did not make much eye contact when explaining the temporary relief solution. I had a bad swollen knee suddenly and I was not offered any testing but yet advised on 2 injections and meds to pharmacy that has yet to make it there yet post 24 hrs since visit. I did not receive any documentation of my vist nor has it yet been logged in the portal. I'm sure I'll receive a hefty bill for this bandaid of service. I have scheduled yet another appt with Wellstar family medicine for Wednesday of the same week which is 2 days post urgent visit because I was not satisfied with the services rendered and my knee is still swollen with associated pain and discomfort.

Dr. Marron was amazing. I typically stay away from doctors and having to go to doctors and this was an extremely difficult time for me but she was amazing and her front desk was staff was awesome. If I could see her as a regular primary care physician, I would in a blink of an eye.

Dr. Marron was amazing. I typically stay away from doctors and having to go to doctors and this was an extremely difficult time for me but she was amazing and her front desk was staff was awesome. If I could see her as a regular primary care physician, I would in a blink of an eye.

I forgot the provider's name but I just want to say she was the most friendliest medical professional. She took the time to listen and to talk to me as a person not just a patient. I wish she could be my primary care physician.

The PA did not make much eye contact when explaining the temporary relief solution. I had a bad swollen knee suddenly and I was not offered any testing but yet advised on 2 injections and meds to pharmacy that has yet to make it there yet post 24 hrs since visit. I did not receive any documentation of my vist nor has it yet been logged in the portal. I'm sure I'll receive a hefty bill for this bandaid of service. I have scheduled yet another appt with Wellstar family medicine for Wednesday of the same week which is 2 days post urgent visit because I was not satisfied with the services rendered and my knee is still swollen with associated pain and discomfort.

I understand wait times but 2 1/2 hours just to get seen I feel is too long. Loved that the doctor told me what pharmacies covered the medicine with my insurance.

Although the radiologist had left, the doctor arrange for me to return the next day. I waited less than 10 minutes to receive my x-ray. Also the doctor followed through immediately in sending my prescriptions to the pharmacy and they were ready when I got there.

We had an excellent experience at this urgent care facility when my daughter needed to have a fingernail removed. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, attentive, and reassuring, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The front desk handled everything quickly and with a smile, and the nurse was gentle, patient, and comforting toward my daughter. The doctor provided outstanding care, thorough, professional, and compassionate. She explained the procedure clearly, answered all of our questions, and took extra steps to ensure my daughter felt comfortable and safe. The procedure itself was handled with great skill, and the follow-up instructions were explained in detail so we felt confident leaving. I am truly grateful for the care and compassion shown by everyone at this facility. They turned what could have been a very scary experience into one where my daughter felt supported and cared for. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of medical attention.

I only had a non-painful ear-infection. My demeanor was quite calm, and the staff mirrored that appropriately. Despite how I answered some of the questions, the visit went overall perfectly with no room for improvement. I'm confident that if I had been in some sort of visible distress that the staff would have responded appropriately.

The wait to see the provider was over an hour and it took another hour to get an ECG. Recommend more staff and another ECG machine at this facility. Also, my previous heart studies were unavailable due to a system change earlier this year, which prevented my provider to compare previous ECG tests with the one cone at this visit.

This was my first time at this facility and the staff were very courteous and welcoming. I was upset with myself because it was almost closing time when I arrived but that didn't matter to the staff. They helped me with my need and did an amazing job. I worked in customer service my entire career and it is really hard to get great customer service now a days.
