Dr. Wyatt and his staff was very, very knowledgeable about my problem. He was very kind and very friendly, approachable, and I would not mind going back again if needed. And the whole office staff was just amazing.

Meeting Dr. Wyatt was wonderful. It was my first time and I was thoroughly appreciative of the extensive understanding he gave me about my procedure and the possibilities and I am just very, very pleased that you have such a very competent and joyful and very well-mannered physician on staff. Hi, when I spoke to the front office and told them how important it was to be seen as soon as possible, the doctor became available immediately, which I am so grateful for. He stopped, he listened, he reviewed my history thoroughly, and I could tell from the way he explained it to me and then allowed me to add or interject on any nuances that might not have been in my paperwork, which is very important to be heard by a provider. And that was the first time I felt seen and cared about. He shook my hand. He took his time with me. And I mean, just a phenomenal physician. And I'm so grateful that I have been able to work with.

Extremely nice and paid total attention to my problem. Gave me several options for treatment and recommended the best option, which I am following.

I waited 40 minutes after my appt time and only after asking one of the nursing staff if the doctor was aware I was there I was told matter if factory the doctors running behind he knows you are here and it is ok he be in shorty. I stared it's not ok or acceptable to have me waiting this long and for no one to at least inform me he's running late. I again was told like I said the doctors running late he be in to see you shortly I started again it's not ok to keep me waiting and I am not happy and for you to tell a patient that it's not ok as I stated the doctor should not have over booked his patient load. The doctor apologized but as I told him his staff should never talk to his patients in the manner I was spoken to nor was it ok for me to be kept waiting that long and to not at least be informed he was running late.
