I went in for a fall injury. My side ribs are involved. I was sent to an imaging center when they called me for my X-Ray it was for "chest X-Ray" I was supposed to get my ribs X-Rayed. They said they couldn't do that without the Ribs order. I had to go home call the Dr. leave a message to call in the proper code in to the imagining center. It took all day for them to send over the right order. I got the first X-Ray and paid $129.25. Then when I went back to the imaging center I had to pay another $163.15 for the second set of X-Rays. Now that means I paid for X-Rays I didn't need. I'm out the $129.25 because the Dr. didn't put the right code in in the first place. It also wreaked havoc with my day. I do not like all the changes Well Star has made at my specific clinic. Too Many changes to staff too many changes to procedures. I'm a very dissatisfied patient....

You have an excellent front office staff. They're very professional. They're very causal, very efficient. You also have a great support staff for Ms. Glorie, who did a fantastic job. Ms. Glorie is an excellent nurse practitioner. She takes the time. She also answers questions, detailed questions, and just is an excellent professional. Enjoy the experience.

I can always depend on the reminders I get via Mychart and text for appointments and information. I really appreciate the staff and I'm grateful to have found a great care team.
