My encounter with the physician lasted no more than five minutes. I wasn't asked if I had any issues or problems. On her way out the door I had to stop her and tell her that I had some concerns about my health which she listened, but she didn't ask questions or give me any answers to my issues. Literally, she was walking out the door and I wasn't done. This was my annual visit and I think the physician should take time to listen and ask questions from patients. I did not receive that treatment. Hopefully when I get my blood work done and there are questions I can call in and possibly somebody can answer my questions Should I have any

NP Glorie was awesome. For the first time, I experienced a primary care provider that understood and accepted that I have many my medical issues and did not become deterred by all of the, but looked forward to establishing a plan of care/treatment with my best interest in mind. She was professional, attentive and concise, but did not rush our visit. She showed compassion and connection during our visit and made sure to schedule a follow up to ensure I'm receiving appropriate care. She even went as far as letting me know all the services the office has to offer from mental health to weight management. I look forward to working with Ms. Glorie. Also, MA Cierra was very attentive and helpful when filling out my chart. She was very kind as well.

My visit with the doctor was great! My experience with the front desk was horrible I get a text that my appointment is 645am I get there at 640am can't get in the building then I sit an wait until 645am an come back to the door an the front people are laughing at me standing there they did not open the door until 650am. The lack of manners and respect was great. Even though my doctors are great that front desk behavior over the past few years has made me want to deal with a different practice period. Especially now that they had me sign a paper that if I am late 3 times in a year for appointment the practice will know longer see me as a patient...really what is wellstar doing
