My visit with the doctor was great! My experience with the front desk was horrible I get a text that my appointment is 645am I get there at 640am can't get in the building then I sit an wait until 645am an come back to the door an the front people are laughing at me standing there they did not open the door until 650am. The lack of manners and respect was great. Even though my doctors are great that front desk behavior over the past few years has made me want to deal with a different practice period. Especially now that they had me sign a paper that if I am late 3 times in a year for appointment the practice will know longer see me as a patient...really what is wellstar doing

I like it because it is convenient for me. It's the same as talking to a provider in person. The virtual app didn't go 100% perfect but it in time we will be able to fix the problem. There was a back up person that monitors the virtual contact with the provider that helped finish the appointment.

The AVS did not accurately reflect the answers and data I supplied to the intake person who tested my BP etc. Also-I received the summary of my blood and urine tests in My Chart this morning. They appear to be somewhat abnormal yet I haven't received any contact. I understood that I would be contacted within 2 business days for abnormal results. So now what do I do? The abnormal results Data seem serious. These Chart services that are being used now make me and all patients invisible and less human.

I think what needs to be improved is the fact that the patient is required to have measured their own blood pressure, which was not something that I was aware of. And I did not have a blood pressure measuring device. which I have remedied since and have purchased one. But I think it would be a good idea if when they remind you of the appointment to let the patient know that they are expected to provide their own blood pressure information. Yeah. I feel strongly about that. Thank you so much. Bye.
