Provider needs to work on communication. I felt severely uncomfortable with this provider and my concerns felt very dismissed. I felt like my appointment was an inconvenience to her and she just wanted to get it over with when I had some concerns about my health. Leaving the appointment i felt ashamed and even more confused than when I first went in. No one should ever feel that way when leaving a doctors appointment.

Dr. Keeling is by far one of the best doctors I have encountered. She listens to her patient's concerns and always comes up with a plan. Excellent office overall with amazing nurses and office staff!

Everyone was friendly which I appreciate dealing my health in any regard. Facility was clean and inviting. My only complaint was taking time to fully complete the online checkin process and electronically signing docs but still asked in person to repeat verbally the same info. If that's necessary then delete duplicate questions from the online checkin if they are required to be answered in person which is what I was told. No patient wants to feel their effort to streamline a process is redundant and a waste of our time! Please review online checkin process and in person required questions and adjust accordingly.

Appointments and parking at the Health Park are so convenient. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Looking out into the treetops when in the treatment room is very relaxing while waiting for the doctor. Best gynecology office ever!

When I found out I was pregnant I knew I was going to stay with Wellstar. Coming in to my first appointment was easy to do. Everyone we talked to was uplifting and kind. It's very rare to go to the doctor for something positive to me like a pregnancy so I was thankful for providers who matched that tone even if it's routine for them.
