I had my visit with Dr.Keeling today. From the minute we walked into the offfjce , we were very please. Of course I have been seeing Dr.Keeling for several years . Shes so kind, friendly . Easy to talk to . Never in a hurry . Alway ready to listen to you ,and answer all your questions . Her two nurses today were just too kind to me today . I use a Rollator to get around . The two ladies were so good to help on and off the table ,and with anything else I needed help with . Wish I remembered their names , but I will not forget them . If there was more people like Dr. Keeling and her two nurses the world would be a better place . God bless her and all tbe staff ! Merry Christmas !

Always running behind on appointment time. Sadly, this is true with almost every doctor I visit. This is not a reflection on the provider, but on Wellstar (and other medical service organizations) and, of course, a very broken healthcare system.

Today was a hard day. I had to take my special-needs sister to her appointments for the first time. My dad recently passed away, and overnight she became my responsibility. If it weren't for her incredible caretakers, I would have had no idea where to begin. The OBGYN, nurses, and imaging technicians moved heaven and earth to work us into a mammogram appointment. Every single person we met was kind, compassionate, and patient - guiding us through each step. The mammogram technician especially comforted both my sister and me through the entire process. I left feeling deeply grateful and more confident than yesterday to take on these new responsibilities - and proud to have experienced such genuine care.

I really liked Dr. Keeling and thought she did a good job listening to me and provided good information. She was friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The front desk staff (and at check out) were very friendly and kind. I always appreciate that. My only negative visiting this office is the parking situation. The Blue ramp was full and I drove around for over 20 minutes waiting for a spot to open up. Luckily I had left early for my appointment. I have never run into this there before and I know it isn't the fault of the doctor's office.

The staff is always very professional and also Dr. Keeling is just such a good provider and she always takes the time to listen to me and make suggestions and she's also very reassuring. She always takes a good amount of time to explain any kind of procedure or medication or any of her recommendations.

It always feels like we are rushed. It feels like we are given a 15min window so that's not at all the doctor's fault, to be clear. I get that's just how services go these days. But she is kind and helpful. Just always feel we are on a time table due to the tight schedule the doctors are on.

I feel uncomfortable knowing that any and all doctors are limited in their patient care to what the insurance company will pay vs what the patient actually needs. I feel many tests are not given because the insurance companies will not pay for it.
