Definitely left my visit with more questions than answers. I was very disappointed in Dr. Keeling's "bedside manner." She was not very friendly or responsive to my concerns regarding my health. I am afraid I may have to search for a new OBGYN in the near future.

There was a wait but the doctor apologized for my wait. Everything was professional and pain free. I feel confident in my care either way my doctor.

This is not my first time seeing Dr Keeling. I know she doesn't have a big personality but yesterday she was more distant and detached from me as the patient than usual. Almost as though she was unconcerned or on automatic pilot.

Dr . Keeling is absolutely wonderful! I've only been seeing her for three or so years but wish I'd found her years ago! Wellstar is fortunate to have her! Front office and Rhonda were all great too!

I wish someone had told me to take pain medication prior to my visit. I wish there were options for dealing with the pain during the procedure and I also wish I would've been asked how bad the pain was instead of just adding notes that I tolerated the pain well. It was absolutely awful and I'll never do it again.

Doctor and staff all was outstanding. I do have a problem with your parking deck. My appointment was at 8:15am. I arrived at 8:00am. Most of the parking deck was already full. Might I suggest you have a different parking deck for your staff? Even if it's off site, they could take a mini van to the hospital. This is the way it's done at most airports and larger corporations. It was very inconvenient to take this much time finding a space to park.

I waited nearly an hour in the waiting room after my appointment time. I was told repeatedly that I would be called back next, and was not. This appointment was also rescheduled twice by the office. It's disrespectful and wasted my time and parking money. After nearly an hour I told them to cancel my appointment and not charge my insurance company. I will never be back.

Dr. Keeling was very pleasant, approachable and thorough. She addressed all my questions and concerns and put my mind at ease about what's to come as I am in the final weeks of third trimester. All the staff here are also kind and efficient. Great visit!

Wait time was very unreasonable. Appointment was scheduled for 2pm. I was called inside at 2:55pm and was out by 3:15pm. I brought up to front desk at least 3 times to check why is it taking so long, they took it serious at 2:50pm (50 mins past appointment scheduled time)
