Today was a hard day. I had to take my special-needs sister to her appointments for the first time. My dad recently passed away, and overnight she became my responsibility. If it weren't for her incredible caretakers, I would have had no idea where to begin. The OBGYN, nurses, and imaging technicians moved heaven and earth to work us into a mammogram appointment. Every single person we met was kind, compassionate, and patient - guiding us through each step. The mammogram technician especially comforted both my sister and me through the entire process. I left feeling deeply grateful and more confident than yesterday to take on these new responsibilities - and proud to have experienced such genuine care.

I really liked Dr. Keeling and thought she did a good job listening to me and provided good information. She was friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The front desk staff (and at check out) were very friendly and kind. I always appreciate that. My only negative visiting this office is the parking situation. The Blue ramp was full and I drove around for over 20 minutes waiting for a spot to open up. Luckily I had left early for my appointment. I have never run into this there before and I know it isn't the fault of the doctor's office.

Hi, the experience I had was excellent. I have never done a video appointment before, so it was very easy to use and expedient. My only suggestion would be to, I know the nurse had sent me a message 10 minutes before my time saying that we were on schedule and my appointment should happen in approximately 10 minutes, and unfortunately it was about 25, 30 minutes later. So if she could have just sent me another message, I don't mind waiting, I understand things happen. But if maybe she could have responded or sent me another message, even 10 minutes later, let me know that she had gotten behind or whatever, that would have been fantastic. But otherwise, no worries at all.
