I wasn't told to fast for lab work and now have to go back for it. I would have fasted had I been told. It wasn't on My Chart either.

Had a very positive experience! Margaret was knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything clearly. I felt well cared for.

Today's visit was good except for check in. Two ladies were working check-in. They took the two people in line ahead of me then I was directed to a kiosk to do self check in. While I'm going through a whole litany of questions at the kiosk, 3 other people walk in and are taken care of by the two receptionists. Meanwhile, I'm still trying to finish all the pages at the kiosk. It was beyond ridiculous. THEN the one girl says "oh I can help you now", but the kiosk now says it's undergoing "maintenance " which ties up my electronic record and the human can't access my records to sign me in. It took about 10 minutes when a simple human to human interaction would have completed the task in 2-3 minutes. It's not a good feeling to be passed over by 3 people who arrived after I did.

She listened very well to me. She's very thorough. And I haven't been to her but one time and right now I cannot give her a rating on that person. But I may would like to have her to be my doctor in the future.

In about a two year period I've had to change providers 3 times. Apparently no one stays. It makes it difficult to build any kind of doctor patient relationship. I am not real pleased after my last visit.

Erin, the medical assistant, took her time getting all of my information and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Margaret was thorough and took the time to establish a proper treatment plan tailored to my needs. I truly appreciated the level of care and attention provided throughout my visit.
