I arrived at my appointment 9:45am for a 10:15am appointment. The lady at the front didn't check me in all the way. I went to the front desk after 45 min and was told I wasn't checked in. I was there for a total of 2 hrs. No manager came and spoke with me to offer an apology. I don't think that's good business.

Glad I followed her to her new location. She's absolutely fabulous and professional!

?happy thursday? I want to talk about the plants that are on the counter in the back???? I know each one of them by name and they've gotten so big since I saw them last month??? Plants should be mandatory in every Doctor's office including the rooms that we see the doctors in Not only are They a mood lifter they are also an ENTIRE FRIGGIN DAY MAKER!!! ???????? Last... I met with Dr Kapils a nurse practitioner for the first time and she was absolutely amazing!!!!??? she has excellent bedside manner and impeccable listening skills. Keep her AND the plants!??? ?

I think that the provider has a problem with their lab personnel. She does not show up on time and I had to go back a second time in order to get lab work done because she was going to be so late getting to work. I don't think this is an acceptable way to run the business.

Appointments are getting harder and harder to attain at all doctors (urologist, podiatrist, hematologist, surgeon, primary care, everyone). I'm even considering changing over to Piedmont Physicians or Northside if this continues. I can't seem to get appointments that earlier than 4 months out.

My NP was great! I had a 715a arrival and no one was at the desk for... a while, then checked in a patient that came in after me first was a minor irritation. Overall, the MA and NP were dope.

I felt like the doctor and the assistant did not listen to me. I was sick w/ flu-like symptoms. I went to a WellStar Urgent care a few days prior and already had a swab performed. It was negative for COVID and flu. The assistant was aware and said she would ask the doctor if it was necessary to do it again.She said the doctor said it was. It came back negative again. No other tests were performed,and now I might have to pay for the swab. I also had a blocked ear due to the sickness.The assistant performed an ear flush and asked me how I felt. I told her that my left ear still felt clogged,but she insisted it was clean.Then,the doctor came back in and I told her my ear still felt clogged. She checked it and confirmed there was still earwax. She told me to not do anything to it. As of right now,my ear is still clogged . She decided to prescribe an antibiotic because she thought it was a bacterial infection.However,I still left the office without an exact diagnosis. When she was prescribing the medicine,she started to give me a Z-pack. I had to tell her that I was sick before,tried the Z-pack,but it didn't work. Then,she looked back at my online records and realized. I'm annoyed that she had my records in front of her,but I still had to tell her.

The NP was OK but my Doctor "G" is my Doctor and I do not understand why I was scheduled with the NP instead of Dr "G" and neither did the NP.

Plants should be mandatory in every Doctor's office including the rooms that we see the doctors in Not only are They a mood lifter they are also an ENTIRE FRIGGIN DAY MAKER!!! ???????? Last... I met with Dr Kapils a nurse practitioner for the first time and she was absolutely amazing!!!!??? she has excellent bedside manner and impeccable listening skills. Keep her AND the plants!??? ?

This was my first visit at this office but Gregory at the front desk was awesome, Kadejah was wonderful and of course Margaret was fantastic amd informative and answered all my questions and concerns amd even answered questions about my dad's healthcare. Glad I followed her to her new location. She's absolutely fabulous and professional!

Margaret is great! She is personable, cares about her patients, listens intently, and remembers what she hears. She's also very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have already recommended her to several people.

I arrived at my appointment 9:45am for a 10:15am appointment. The lady at the front didn't check me in all the way. I went to the front desk after 45 min and was told I wasn't checked in. I was there for a total of 2 hrs. No manager came and spoke with me to offer an apology. I don't think that's good business.

This was my first time seeing Margaret Becker, NP. She was very professional, thorough and engaging. She definetly knew/had reviewed by records, listened to my concerns, and put me at ease. I would not hesitate seeing her again, if Dr. Mohammad's schedule warrants it.
