I have never had a doctor who showed such concern for my wife and myself. She talked to us with so much sincerity and made us feel like we were so important to her. We are both 80 years old and she addressed our needs and concerns. She answered our questions without making us feel hurried. She was amazing. The staff was also amazing and caring. We hope we have this Doctor again on our next visit.

The doctor I had left the room and didn't say anything about my test results I waited about 20 minutes and then walked out the room and asked was everything finished because the Doctor didn't inform me what was the next step. I ended up leaving because I had a doctors appointment upstairs at 1:15 and had been there since 11:59 with an appointment I made the day prior. I told the nurses just to send my results to my MyChart and she said ok.

Although the staff and doctor were very courteous that did not solve my issue. They ordered x-rays and said I need to go get a CAT scan. As a well-star doctor she was not able to order the CAT scan. I don't understand if it's all part of WellStar why?

I really wasn't paying attention as to cleaning hands on entering and leaving room.

The wait was extremely long and even after I had been seen and just waiting for the doctor or for the nurse to come in and give me a release, I got the message from the app with all my directions and things. After sitting and waiting for a while, I just went out and she told me I could go ahead and go. The waiting was just too long. I don't know and understand why I had to wait so long. That would be my biggest and only complaint is the long wait.

Everyone was very polite and nice. However, nobody told me what was going on. I had no clue why I was there or for how long. I only found out three and a half hours after I was in the room that you were expecting me to stay all night. I didn't bring any change of underwear. I didn't bring my medications. You know, I was totally left in the dark. That's it.

I wish that I had known that imagining was not open on Sundays. I paid $250 to see the doctor for 5 minutes and was told to go to the ER for imaging. If I had known that I would have just gone to the ER.
