My urgent care appointment was at 1:30pm and I was not seen by the doctor until 3pm. There was no apologies for being soo delayed and when I asked she said there were several emergencies that came up and my appointment was pushed back. I was never notified of this. I was late for another doctor appointment and was charged a fee. After she exam me she suggested X-rays but I told her I could not stay since I was already late for another appointment and she got annoyed with me. This was NOT a good first Wellstar visit for me and will not be returning.

After the provider came to see me, no one came to check me out. I waited about 35 minutes and I had to leave because I was not feeling well and the nurse never came back to the office.

My visit was horrible. I entered in extreme pain from my sore throat. I left in extreme pain from my sore throat minus $100. I was only told to take over the counter meds. But no specific recommendations were given on which I should get. No advice whatsoever. I feel as though I was robbed for the co-pay with no resolution to my issue. The doctor I saw failed horribly compared to my previous visits for the same issue. I normally would be some type of prescription or at least a list of over thr counter medicines to get . I got neither. I would have been much better off not going. At least I could saved my $100. This doctor does not know what she is doing or doesn't care about her patients. Either way I will ask who is the doctor before paying anything at this clinic again as she is incompetent. Please remove her and bring another doctor in.

My doctor was very helpful and kind! It feels so humanizing to have a doctor who actually knows what is going on and how to actually fix it. I just want to give a big thank you to the doctor and the nurse who helped me! I was in alot of pain and they both were kind and super helpful.

The nurse was kind and assisted in monitoring me after treatment was administered due to past reactions, and I left knowing what to do if my symptoms did not improve. The provider gave me ideas of what she would be testing me for and walked me through the treatment for those. I was well taken care of and am recovering nicely.

The nurse that handled my visit did a really excellent job and was very helpful and informative and took her time. The doctor was not. She looked into my ear and literally ran out of the room. I'm still having symptoms and I don't feel that my ear has properly healed. I noticed that my appointment time was listed at 11.05 when I arrived, but my actual appointment was at 11.20. and I waited for over an hour to see the doctor. Thank you.
