To be honest, I don't really know if they washed their hands before or after they saw me. They did not have to touch me therefore they did not have to necessarily wash their hands after our visit. It didn't bother me one way or the other, and I didn't even think about it.

I found the care providers at Vinings Health Park Urgent Care to be very accommodating and also very intuitive. In my particular case, there was something that showed up on an X-ray that required further investigation. I was not there for that particular issue, and they adeptly discovered it. This team worked extremely well together and I really appreciate all their efforts. While, I hope to not need to return to immediate care, this facility will now be my first choice, when needed. You guys did a great job on getting me in very quickly. I see someone. The facilities itself look, you know, great and up to, you know, very up to date, very clean. I, the staff seem very engaged. My one thing I will have to say is the pricing seems extremely high. For just, what, $200 and something just to come in for a visit without even, you know, basically having a doctor see you, and then another over $700 for an x-ray. I think that's extremely high, really outside of what probably the scope for the insurance. So I think that's an area that you guys need to really improve on there. Thanks.

Everyone was extremely accommodating, answered my call when the injury first happened to me. The guy at the front desk gave me some advice and then put me in touch with the nurse who suggested that I come in so they could take a look at my wound and yeah level of care was 10 out of 10. i was an out of pocket payer. before i went to urgent care i tried to get an estimate for how much it might cost. i was told that the office diagnosis would be $224, and even though i knew exactly what was needed (a boil drained), i was given no estimate of the cost. even once i was there i wasn't given any notice of what it might cost until i got the email which ended up tripling the office visit cost. EVERY time i use urgent care it feels like i am handing wellstar a blank check and hoping for the best.

i was an out of pocket payer. before i went to urgent care i tried to get an estimate for how much it might cost. i was told that the office diagnosis would be $224, and even though i knew exactly what was needed (a boil drained), i was given no estimate of the cost. even once i was there i wasn't given any notice of what it might cost until i got the email which ended up tripling the office visit cost. EVERY time i use urgent care it feels like i am handing wellstar a blank check and hoping for the best.

You guys did a great job on getting me in very quickly. I see someone. The facilities itself look, you know, great and up to, you know, very up to date, very clean. I, the staff seem very engaged. My one thing I will have to say is the pricing seems extremely high. For just, what, $200 and something just to come in for a visit without even, you know, basically having a doctor see you, and then another over $700 for an x-ray. I think that's extremely high, really outside of what probably the scope for the insurance. So I think that's an area that you guys need to really improve on there. Thanks.
