They didnt have the ability to help with my issue since it needed other type of imaging and could have said so at first do I could got to ER. They just saw me for the numbers and the money but I'm still injured and dont know what's wrong. Theyre nice and Im sure useful for other things but not for injuries- should be upfront about it

Nicole was gentle with my hand as she took Xray's. The other staff did a great job as well. Kudos to the team that saw me during my visit. Especially to the man n lady that put my Brace on to give my hand support.

The doctor figured out what my problem was after ordering blood work, EKG, and scan of abdomen. She was very thorough and careful. I was very impressed with her and the nurses. I am glad we have this urgent care facility near my house. I would definitely go there again if the need should arise.

Reservation system works great. I was seen very soon after checking in. The one issue I had is that the doctor prescribes a cough syrup that was out of stock at the CVS that I selected, which resulted in a two-day wait for them to restock before it could be filled. I ended up taking an OTC option in the meantime.

The doctor denied me of services. It felt like she didn't care to hear about my pain. She even recommended I should go back to the people that worked on me over a year ago before even trying to help me. I asked for an x ray and was denied it. I Also asked to take std testing and was denied because she said if I'm not having symptoms she can't do it. We all know some std/sti can go without visual symptoms. It was the fastest 7 minute walk in and walk out appointment ever. Thank you Wellstar for trying, but my service was horrible when I got to the back. The front desk ladies are awesome!
