The check in process was quite frustrating. Someone was at the sign in kiosk. After noticing he was having trouble I went to the front desk to check in (since I had an appointment and didn't want to appear late). She told me to stand behind the current patient and use the kiosk and that she only did insurance. No one else was present at the desk. I finally got on the self sign in and after many tries, it was not working . Found out later it was because I didn't enter my middle name. I don't have one! After a few tries, I approached the desk again and explained. In less than 30 seconds she checked me in since I had already completed the paperwork on line, previously. I can't help but think how easy it would have been to do that as I approached the desk the first time. I also understand that not all people are comfortable with a self sign in. If I had been really sick and unable to use that lengthy method, it would not have been a good idea to be standing that long. I would suggest that if someone approaches the desk, there be a friendly response, "You may check in at the kiosk or it you'd prefer, I can check you in here". From that point on, the process and staff were effecient, friendly and professional. Overall, I was very pleased with the care I recieved.

My visit with Wellstar was really great. I've been to this urgent care a few times in the past and have normally had okay experiences, but this visit completely changed my opinion. Everyone was amazing-from the person who checked me in and did my initial intake, to the doctor, the staff who gave me my breathing treatment, and the person who took me for my X-ray. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely concerned about how I was feeling. They listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Most importantly, I didn't feel like I was just a number. I felt like a patient, and I felt like helping me and getting me answers was truly the priority. I thanked the staff several times before I left, and I honestly almost turned around after walking out just to thank them again. That's how impressed I was with the care I received. It was truly a superb experience, and I really appreciate everyone who took care of me.

The technician who checked my vitals, started sneezing and coughing during the time she was in the room. She buried her face in her top, while typing on the keyboard. She did not sanitize her hands before exiting the room. I also waited in the reception area for over 2 hours, due to an emergency.

I have to admit I was so hesitant to go to the urgent care because of the best experience because i had to wait for 3-4 hours to see a doctor weather waiting outside in the reception or inside the exam room. But I was surprised when u went yesterday it was a very fast process it took us 1 hour in total to do it everything from the moment we walked in the exam room to the moment we left. it was remarkable, please keep it up and keep up the good work

She solved my issue after trying a couple methods, and we had a fun humorous chemistry that was nice to take my mind off the situation. Could not have gone better, and I am thrilled to be in the mend from such a lovely staff!

Well, I was told to check in at the kiosk. I did she said only had like two people in front of me while I waited and all these other people went way before me but on my phone it said my appointment would be 920. Well I didn't actually get back there to see the doctor until after 10 so then after they took the test and everything they left me in there quite some time I ended up going out there to the nurses station to ask what's taking so long she asked me did anybody come in and clean out my ears and I said no I waited for that so yeah, I hope I have a better experience going there next time because it's really convenient to my house

From the time I walked in and signed in, the nurse at the front desk was informative and she was courteous. She showed care. And then from when the nurse called my name to go to the back, there were two nurses in the examining room. They both showed concern. They heard what I had to say. Made sure I understood their responses. From the x-ray tech who x-rayed the check cavity, very good. The provider, the doctor, she was awesome, even to the point that I was able to get the care.

Well I didn't actually get back there to see the doctor until after 10 so then after they took the test and everything they left me in there quite some time I ended up going out there to the nurses station to ask what's taking so long she asked me did anybody come in and clean out my ears and I said no I waited for that so yeah, I hope I have a better experience going there next time because it's really convenient to my house

The technician who checked my vitals, started sneezing and coughing during the time she was in the room. She buried her face in her top, while typing on the keyboard. She did not sanitize her hands before exiting the room. I also waited in the reception area for over 2 hours, due to an emergency.

My visit with Wellstar was really great. I've been to this urgent care a few times in the past and have normally had okay experiences, but this visit completely changed my opinion. Everyone was amazing-from the person who checked me in and did my initial intake, to the doctor, the staff who gave me my breathing treatment, and the person who took me for my X-ray. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely concerned about how I was feeling. They listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Most importantly, I didn't feel like I was just a number. I felt like a patient, and I felt like helping me and getting me answers was truly the priority. I thanked the staff several times before I left, and I honestly almost turned around after walking out just to thank them again. That's how impressed I was with the care I received. It was truly a superb experience, and I really appreciate everyone who took care of me.

The check in process was quite frustrating. Someone was at the sign in kiosk. After noticing he was having trouble I went to the front desk to check in (since I had an appointment and didn't want to appear late). She told me to stand behind the current patient and use the kiosk and that she only did insurance. No one else was present at the desk. I finally got on the self sign in and after many tries, it was not working . Found out later it was because I didn't enter my middle name. I don't have one! After a few tries, I approached the desk again and explained. In less than 30 seconds she checked me in since I had already completed the paperwork on line, previously. I can't help but think how easy it would have been to do that as I approached the desk the first time. I also understand that not all people are comfortable with a self sign in. If I had been really sick and unable to use that lengthy method, it would not have been a good idea to be standing that long. I would suggest that if someone approaches the desk, there be a friendly response, "You may check in at the kiosk or it you'd prefer, I can check you in here". From that point on, the process and staff were effecient, friendly and professional. Overall, I was very pleased with the care I recieved.

My first experience at this Urgent Care and it was efficient, courteous and a very pleasant experience. I will definitely use them again. Great Job Ladies, from the office staff, to the triage lady and the female doctor. I was in and out in less than an hour. Good Job everyone.
