I had a terrible experience at this urgent care. I waited over an hour just to be called to the back, and when I asked the receptionist about the delay, she gave a dismissive response and showed no concern-just said they only had one physician, even though several patients were seen before me. The nursing staff was extremely rude, and the doctor rushed through my visit, providing vague and unhelpful answers with no real concern for my condition. This was my second disappointing experience here, and I won't be returning.

After my urgent care visit I was referred to a Wellstar podiatrist and when I called Vinings Health Park Podiatry I was told I could not get an appointment until January 2026! Even though I have been to Wellstar many times in the last year, I was told since I hadn't been to Podiatry in the last 3 years I am a new patient and therefore Wellstar Vinings Health Park Podiatry could not see me any earlier.

I received excellent care at the Wellstar Vinings Health Park. The nurse was kind and assisted in monitoring me after treatment was administered due to past reactions, and I left knowing what to do if my symptoms did not improve. The provider gave me ideas of what she would be testing me for and walked me through the treatment for those. I was well taken care of and am recovering nicely.

The nurse that handled my visit did a really excellent job and was very helpful and informative and took her time. The doctor was not. She looked into my ear and literally ran out of the room. I'm still having symptoms and I don't feel that my ear has properly healed. I noticed that my appointment time was listed at 11.05 when I arrived, but my actual appointment was at 11.20. and I waited for over an hour to see the doctor. Thank you.

Dr Sabharwal was wonderful. She took time to explain the benefits of the medication as well as alerted me to some of the side effects. She encouraged me to follow up with a visit to my dermotologist. Very good experience.

Staff was condescending and rude. Offered extra services but nobody knew the cost of said services or if typically covered by insurance. The responses given were " Ionknow (ghetto slang) do you want it or not? The Dr. told me she doesn't know and wouldn't know the price. Could not care less. Absolutely horrible bedside manner and customer service. I could not get out of that office fast enough.

Wait was over 40 min even with appointment. Nurse was great, doctor was dry and short. Prescribed me with $1700 medicine w/o alternative nor letting me know this was the treatment cost, only knew at the pharmacy.

I received an x-ray and told that my toe was just a sprain. I received a copy of my x-ray and upon taking it to my dr. a few days later... I am told my toe is fractured. Needless to say I hope the few days that I was without any stability in my toe does not affect my recovery.
