The doctor figured out what my problem was after ordering blood work, EKG, and scan of abdomen. She was very thorough and careful. I was very impressed with her and the nurses. I am glad we have this urgent care facility near my house. I would definitely go there again if the need should arise.

The nurses and doctor in the emergency room weren't very kind, but when they moved us to the other emergency room, where patients stay, the nurses and doctors were very kind. They were truly wonderful to us. Thank you.

Reservation system works great. I was seen very soon after checking in. The one issue I had is that the doctor prescribes a cough syrup that was out of stock at the CVS that I selected, which resulted in a two-day wait for them to restock before it could be filled. I ended up taking an OTC option in the meantime.

The doctor denied me of services. It felt like she didn't care to hear about my pain. She even recommended I should go back to the people that worked on me over a year ago before even trying to help me. I asked for an x ray and was denied it. I Also asked to take std testing and was denied because she said if I'm not having symptoms she can't do it. We all know some std/sti can go without visual symptoms. It was the fastest 7 minute walk in and walk out appointment ever. Thank you Wellstar for trying, but my service was horrible when I got to the back. The front desk ladies are awesome!

For my visit, Dr. Maneesha, I'm not sure what her last name is, I can't remember, but she was an excellent provider. She was very attentive. She listened to my concerns. She was very compassionate and was very thorough. At my appointment, she even apologized for my weight and made sure that she addressed all my concerns at that time.

Every one was courteous and professional and wish me well. The facility was very clean. My doctor explained things thoroughly. Although there was a back up in radiology reading and providing the results timely, the staff communicated the hold up and apologized. I would come to this location again if I'm sick.

My experience overall was pretty fine. I will just say the receptionist that was getting my information was a little rude. When I was explaining to her why I was in, her responses were very short and snarky, almost sarcastic, as if I was answering, as if I didn't know what I was talking about. And also when she was asking me where my injury happened, I told her Nashville and she had an attitude and was like, well, do you know the zip code of where it was located or where you were? And then even when I told her when it happened, I said it happened late Sunday evening and she was like, well, do you know what time it happened on Sunday? And I just don't believe that that was a very good way of welcoming me, especially considering that was my first time coming to
