I think more time should be spent discussing all of the symptoms a patient is experiencing. Also discussing other future or potential impact to the body. 80-90% of what I've learned about my prognosis has been from Google, ChatGPT, WedMD, etc. but doctors are quick to tell you to stay off the internet. Visits also feel rushed lately.

When I came in to the Avalon building someone was draining water from a machine onto the walkway that leads to the front of the building. The machine was blocking the path and water was running down the walkway. I slipped and almost fell. I came into the building and notified a male that was at the front desk. He signal to his right and said it belongs to them. He did not care that I almost fell and did anything about it. I was baffled that this employee did not seem to care about patient safety.

This was my first time to the Avalon Health Park. It was much smaller than the one I am used to visiting. While there were a lot of employees around, I think it would have been helpful to have them standing by the entrance or at the elevator doors instead of behind a desk. While the building is small, I found it a little difficult to navigate. You always had to look around the corner to see which section you needed to be in for the practice you were visiting.

I think more time should be spent discussing all of the symptoms a patient is experiencing. Also discussing other future or potential impact to the body. 80-90% of what I've learned about my prognosis has been from Google, ChatGPT, WedMD, etc. but doctors are quick to tell you to stay off the internet. Visits also feel rushed lately.
