I had to schedule my eval 3 times. There were issues with viewing the records sent by my referring provider. Because of this, the appointment was canceled without any attempt by scheduling staff to reach out to me or my Oncologist directly. This was very frustrating. Additionally, when I checked in for the appointment, the front desk staff was not friendly and seemed frankly indifferent. The nurse and doctor were great so I will return but my experience just getting in the door was poor.
