Listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Also have received the whole write up and my history already on My Chart. My prescription was immediately sent. Very happy with her practice.

My physician was amazing, but there was no one there at registration for rheumatology, which made it difficult to check in and also make a follow-up appointment. There were folks at the desk for primary care and other things, but they were not able to help me with rheumatology. Rheumatology only had an iPad and the iPad didn't work. That made me very sad. But my provider was amazing. Thank you.

The physician referred me to a new specialist who maybe able to assist in determining a cause and treatment plan. She also provided me with a medication not commonly used with Epstein Barr. Highly recommend this group.

I think more time should be spent discussing all of the symptoms a patient is experiencing. Also discussing other future or potential impact to the body. 80-90% of what I've learned about my prognosis has been from Google, ChatGPT, WedMD, etc. but doctors are quick to tell you to stay off the internet. Visits also feel rushed lately.
