I had to schedule my eval 3 times. There were issues with viewing the records sent by my referring provider. Because of this, the appointment was canceled without any attempt by scheduling staff to reach out to me or my Oncologist directly. This was very frustrating. Additionally, when I checked in for the appointment, the front desk staff was not friendly and seemed frankly indifferent. The nurse and doctor were great so I will return but my experience just getting in the door was poor.

I have been to your facility three times visiting 3 different doctors and more to come!! I was pleased with all providers and personnel. However the time it takes to get your blood test needs much improvement. It took me one hour this last visit and that is unacceptable!!!

I am not a huge fan of virtual visits but I requested it due to the hour and 20 min drive it takes me to get there. I finally got it to work and it was in time for the doctor! Do all is good! She made a new plan of action for me and I am excited to try it!

Dr. Siddhanthi and her nurse had all my info in front of them on their computer, which is so appreciated. Also, they got to me at my appointment time with little wait. Listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Also have received the whole write up and my history already on My Chart. My prescription was immediately sent. Very happy with her practice.

My physician was amazing, but there was no one there at registration for rheumatology, which made it difficult to check in and also make a follow-up appointment. There were folks at the desk for primary care and other things, but they were not able to help me with rheumatology. Rheumatology only had an iPad and the iPad didn't work. That made me very sad. But my provider was amazing. Thank you.
