I think that I've been in now just once since all of the changes have been in your procedures. And I was just so impressed, incredibly impressed with how efficiently everything was handled and how well the people treated the patients. I had been in for medical tests the week before, blood tests, and I think I was five minutes off the elevator before I was completely finished and ready to leave for home. It's just a very extremely efficiently and well-run service as I see it now. I am so sorry that Macy Mantooth is leaving and would be very happy to have had her as my doctor for the next multiple years. So please pass the

The nurse who took me back to the exam room and took my initial information spoke in a tone that I believe was meant to be welcoming and kind. It could also be heard as if he were speaking to a juvenile. I don't have a suggestion for what to do or even if it needs to be changed, but it stood out as a potential misunderstanding. Also, there was some confusion between the PA I saw today and the lab staff about whether a particular test - the breathing test for an ulcer - could be done there. The PA told me it couldn't, but then the lab nurse told me it could be done there but it couldn't be done that moment because I had eaten a spoonful of yogurt earlier

She was thorough and knowledgeable. As always, Ms. Mantooth helped me with all my concerns and answered a lot of questions with patience and understanding. I'm lucky to have these wonderful people as part of my medical team!
