She takes the time to understand your concerns, and addresses all issues. She even remembers details that you told her from your previous visits. You leave feeling seen and heard. Lyndy Croft is an exceptional provider! I have seen her several times and she is always friendly, listens, and most importantly cares. She is always very thorough and I trust her completely. I would also like to say that the nurse Samantha (she said she is a floater) was also terrific. She was friendly, courteous, and made me feel comfortable. The only negative comment I have regarding my visit was the front desk person for the urgent care side. I arrived a little before it officially opened at 8 and I went to the get well at work side of the desk. I stood there for about 3 minutes while she sat there looking at her computer before she even acknowledged me standing there. She then told me they didn't open til 8 and to sit down. I asked if I could sign in somewhere and she just said I could at 8. I feel like she could've handled the encounter with a little more professionalism.

The best part was the provider and the person that got my vital signs. They were both very nice and genuinely kind. I cannot emphasize it enough how great they were! However, the front desk employee was the complete opposite. Upon arrival she began to ask me in-front of the other patients why I was coming in, and what symptoms I was having. With a not so welcoming facial expression she went on to tell me that the "get well at work" does not see pts with these kinds of symptoms, and went on to ask the provider if she would be willing to see me anyways. After talking to the provider the front desk employee said the doctor would see me if I wanted to go back to see her. The front desk employee made sure to let me know once again, they do not see pts with these kinds of symptoms. While maintaining the same unwelcoming facial expression throughout our interaction. This employees attitude and lack of empathy made me feel as if I had done wrong by going to this facility.
