The front desk staff was very nice, friendly, and assisted me with check in as they saw I didn't feel well. Kaitlyn, LPN was so awesome to me! She spoke with me on the telephone assisting me with setting up my visit and giving me directions to the clinic. She gave me top tier customer service and care! She was very thorough explaining everything to me. Lyndy, NP was awesome! She was very thorough and very detailed in explaining everything I was experiencing. She was caring and made me feel at ease. I'm happy with the care I received today!

Alvin the health coach was informative, efficient and caring!! The Get Well at Work clinic is one of the best perks that Wellstar offers their employees and being able to schedule appointments with them on mychart just took it to a whole new level!

Great experience with all of the medical staff members- MA, NP, RN. I always felt heard by the staff at the Get Well at Work Clinic. There were 3 PAS staff members up front... but only one was able to check patients into the employee clinic... I guess? That was weird. I had to wait for the one employee to finish checking in a patient before she could check me in.
