I believe the hour should be extended a little bit longer, possibly to 5 p.m. I got off at 4 p.m. and I was only like a block away because I work at PATT and it just was very difficult with the traffic at that time trying to get from work just to get to the light and across the street. So it would be best if possible to extend the time that employees could be seen to 5 p.m. versus I believe they told me the had to be there by 4 and that you only have a five minute grace period. Although they did see me, it took me about 10 minutes to get there with the traffic and everything. But yes, definitely it needs to be extended to 5 so people could at least have an opportunity to get off.

Kaitlyn my nurse was absolutely wonderful, patient, and showed genuine kindness! When I thought the visit couldn't get any better in walks my provider, Lyndy! She went over and beyond, super engaging and she LISTENED to my concerns in regard to how I was feeling (pain). If I could give them 20 stars I would! They ALL deserve to be celebrated!!!
