The staff at this office is top notch . I wish all doctor's offices would model their places after this one . Lindy , NP is amazing. She is caring, very knowledgeable, professional and always listens. She is what every doctor/ mid level provider should be . The nurse and front desk staff made me feel welcomed. They were friendly , professional and very respectful. It's always a pleasant experience when a come to the get well at work clinic .

From the time I walked through the door until my appointment was over, I was shown NOTHING but compassion! Demetri (FOS) checked me in and she was phenomenal-AIDET was used! Kaitlyn my nurse was absolutely wonderful, patient, and showed genuine kindness! When I thought the visit couldn't get any better in walks my provider, Lyndy! She went over and beyond, super engaging and she LISTENED to my concerns in regard to how I was feeling (pain). If I could give them 20 stars I would! They ALL deserve to be celebrated!!!
