I was really. Sick and scared crying and and feeling bad but everyone there made my feel less scared and so safe there Am so glad i came and i love the staff there. Had to be sent to the er and they really let me know how bad i need to get there.

The front office staff, the physician, as well as the nurse that I saw was very accommodating. They realized that I had driven from Douglasville to Kennesaut and did whatever they did, what they could to get me in as early, and to get me seen as early as possible, although I came in during lunch. They were very thorough with timing, very thorough with my diagnosis, physician was very thorough with my diagnosis, as well as sharing follow-up and what I needed to do. So my experience was really, really good. And if need be, hopefully not anytime soon, we'll be going back, as well as I was, the physician remembered seeing me several years ago, which means that she has some very, very good bedside manners and was able to pick up and talk to me.
