Parking is horrendous! If I didn't love this doctor so much, I would be going elsewhere, because being in the parking garage for 20 to 25 minutes is unacceptable.

The parking deck is a horror story. This time the entrance was closed. The traffic person said go to the employee entrance. I said ok where is it? She didn't know!!!!!!! I drove around Walton Way and side streets. Finally found it. Got to my appointment at 10:28am for 1030am appointment. I live 50 minutes away and gave myself 1 1/2 hours to get there on time. Almost didn't make it because of the incompetent parking staff.
