When scheduling the appointment the receptionist said it would be for excision but when I had the appointment the doctor said 3 months- there was just some communication issues. I just feel like the receptionist should be able to accurately identify the type of appointment being scheduled, and they can just say it's a look-over or admission appointment or whatever it really is! We pay enough for us to know why we're being seen!!!
