Dr Davis is a great dermatologist. I was having a rash and then wanted her to actually look at it so she worked me in and then change the med I was doing and now it's dried up so she's always been very attentive and very flexible. I've been going to her for a long time.

One incident that has nothing to do with the provider but was a part of our visit. We received a $75 citation in the parking area and do not understand why...we paid it because we didn't know what else to do ...people from small towns aren't familiar with parking decks and such maybe give other folks a heads up about rules and things they may not be used to.

I must have been reminded of this visit at least 6 times in advance by phone and at least 3 emails. I think one reminder in advance is a good idea, but not so many. Also most of the phone calls came just after 8AM, which is too early for me. At that time I am usually still asleep and I do not need such a wake up call. On the calls I am given the option of many calls or no call. There should be an option of one call and the opportunity to select the earliest time in the morning for the call. This existing practice is totally unacceptable and I strongly recommend that it be changed. This practice presents an extremely unfavorable impression of the AU system and the desire to go elsewhere for my medical care. I get some care from Doctors Hospital and they do not make all of these reminder calls.
