She asked pertinent questions about the situation, reviewed the existing records and test, and made recommendations for a treatment plan. She heard my concern about a previous finding from another doctor and consulted with Dr. Lin to decide on a course of action to rule in or rule out a problem. She was very professional and answered all of my questions. I appreciate her professionalism, skill and knowledge. I also appreciated her approach to the concerns I brought to the table.
