This facility was really great with helping me understand the paperwork part that I didn't understand. The lady at the front desk was amazing. And the doctor that came in, she came in with a great attitude. I was there for myself. My boyfriend took me and he said himself that he wanted to come here to the urgent care the next time he had to go because the people there were just so amazing. So it was great.

Outstanding. A urine specimen was required and I couldn't pee and thought I had too many times. Gave me a hat to pee in. Eventually peed and believe it was a NP that saw me shortly. Put on antibiotics.

The check-in folks were extremely nice and the doctor or I think it was either, I can't remember, but anyway, whoever the physician or physician's assistant I saw was extremely helpful, listened to my concerns and made sure that I was on the path to recovery. Urgent Care is usually an unpleasant experience with a lot of waiting but this time I was taken right in. I know it still gets crowded sometimes and waiting is inevitable but I think being able to make an appt helps. It's also nice that you can wait in your car to be notified. And I like the message board in the lobby. This visit was much easier and faster than going to my doctor's office. And the doctor knew exactly what to do and I was already feeling better when I left. Thank you for this good experience at your facility!!
