The care was great and the wait time was short. Loved my MA, NP, and the nurse who was a student under the NP!

As soon as I walked in so scared they told me my primary doctor should not have recommended me to come there. Which at the point I was scared I was going to almost pass out again I didn't care where I was. Not only the front desk lady but also the nurse and doctor told me that I should not have been recommended there. At that point I was pissed because I don't care if yall go to management at all just take care of me. As soon as I can I will be getting new insurance. This place was an absolute joke. The doctor was the nicest one. I had told the doctors assistant that the dizziness happened again and they did absolutely nothing. I do not recommend this place nor do I think it is safe to go to when you are sick or worried about your well being.

When we walked in, we were greeted. We were asked our information right away. The front staff was very friendly. The doctors were quick. They handled the situation nicely. The nurse practitioner came in. She was cute, a little bubbly self, and she handled her business, and she was very pleasant and very informative.

My visit to the urgent care from the front desk person to the nurse to the doctor were all excellent. I pushed the wrong button for the nurse, but she was fantastic, very caring, and the doctor checked me out thoroughly, made sure to check everything that needed to be checked, and prescribed me the best medicine so that I can get better as soon as possible. Thank you all so much. I appreciate you.

The male medical assistant who did my BP and put me in a room was very disinterested in introducing himself, or addressing me in any way. He showed no interest in talking to me at all. While I was in the lobby, he opened the door without calling my name. He just stood there with the door open. Since I was the only one in the waiting room I got up and entered. His communication skills and friendliness was not there. He appeared to hate his job. Sorry I didn't catch his name because he never told me and no name badge present.
