I have been trying to contact the office for hours to discuss issues with prescription dispensed. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails sent from your central station. This is unacceptable. The staff was great- this process is horrible.

Being able to sign in for a time online was very helpful as it allowed me to have my child seen prior to my work day beginning. In the middle of the night when my son woke me up not feeling well, I began to look for urgent care options to have him seen asap. I appreciate that the urgent care opens at 7 AM. We were treated politely at the front desk and he had a strep test done quickly and proficiently.
