The male medical assistant who did my BP and put me in a room was very disinterested in introducing himself, or addressing me in any way. He showed no interest in talking to me at all. While I was in the lobby, he opened the door without calling my name. He just stood there with the door open. Since I was the only one in the waiting room I got up and entered. His communication skills and friendliness was not there. He appeared to hate his job. Sorry I didn't catch his name because he never told me and no name badge present.

Phenomenal job to the entire team. Lora was very knowledgeable about my history when she walked in and understood what my issues and asked the right questions to appropriately diagnose my issues and implement treatment to give me some relief. 11/10

Being able to sign in for a time online was very helpful as it allowed me to have my child seen prior to my work day beginning. In the middle of the night when my son woke me up not feeling well, I began to look for urgent care options to have him seen asap. I appreciate that the urgent care opens at 7 AM. We were treated politely at the front desk and he had a strep test done quickly and proficiently.
