I felt like death warmed over and the staff here were exceptionally kind. I'm also a nurse and felt like the staff were super knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely come back when it's late and I can't see my regular doctor.

I had a very positive experience. All of the staff were very friendly and I felt like they were actually listening to my concerns. It was much better than my last experience at a different Wellstar facility.

I took my daughter in because she was vomiting blood and had a very strong pain in her stomach on the left side, and she was coughing etc. They only told me that they could not do anything for her. Then later I get a questionnaire via the computer. I went to have my daughter seen and ended up only paying and with them telling me they couldn't do anything for my daughter.

They listen but they also keep it moving without the unnecessary waiting around ,, which is VERY important bc I think it helps with some of the negative stereotypes regarding office visits ,, and that in the end will hopefully help more people feel comfortable and not procrastinate with their health ,, also my prescriptions are forwarded fast which is also very helpful so I can get to bed and rest as quickly as possible,, I'm self-employed so every minute counts to rest and well being

Staff was amazing. NP was amazing! Very sweet to my child. Wait time to treatment took two hours. I made an appt online and showed up on time. We were there for two hours!!!! Facility needs another provider for walk -ins only.

Wait extensive which ok its urgent care. However will never recommend this urgent care due to the fact provider did not even touch or do any type of physical exam what so ever. Did not even touch area of complaint to evaluate sensory, strength or cardiovascular status.
