My service I received at this urgent care clinic was actually excellent. I love the fact that I could book an appointment online and we got there before time and we got in there to see the doctor before time, which was amazing. And everything was quick. We got results in 15 minutes and we were out of there and I would say total less than 30 minutes. So I appreciate that and thank you. Happy holidays.

The provider said she was going to contact the ENT provider to see if I could be seen by someone that day but instead, I was given discharged papers by the nurse without the provider returning and explaining what was the outcome of the call she made.

Everyone, from the reception to the nurse, the X-ray technician and NP are all very nice, they listen and asks questions and made me feel welcome and valid with my concerns regarding my current condition. Lora (NP) even included a note for my employer regarding my visit to this place. Thank you to the reception lady, the X-ray lady technician, Nat and Lora for your genuine concern, care, kindness and professionalism. I haven't had this kind of experience from my regular doctor's office in a long time. You all deserve the recognition for the kind of service you provide to whoever comes to this place. I was charged incorrectly, despite the correct health insurance being listed on my account. The lady on the front desk was very helpful but the system was inaccurate and I have been overcharged, as confirmed by my insurance provider.
