Outstanding. A urine specimen was required and I couldn't pee and thought I had too many times. Gave me a hat to pee in. Eventually peed and believe it was a NP that saw me shortly. Put on antibiotics.

The check-in folks were extremely nice and the doctor or I think it was either, I can't remember, but anyway, whoever the physician or physician's assistant I saw was extremely helpful, listened to my concerns and made sure that I was on the path to recovery. Urgent Care is usually an unpleasant experience with a lot of waiting but this time I was taken right in. I know it still gets crowded sometimes and waiting is inevitable but I think being able to make an appt helps. It's also nice that you can wait in your car to be notified. And I like the message board in the lobby. This visit was much easier and faster than going to my doctor's office. And the doctor knew exactly what to do and I was already feeling better when I left. Thank you for this good experience at your facility!!

I felt like it was substandard care. They told me my labs were fine but didn't explain-couldn't tell me what they tested for or if I had a virus. They scared me a little by using terms like stroke, brain bleed.

As soon as I walked in so scared they told me my primary doctor should not have recommended me to come there. Which at the point I was scared I was going to almost pass out again I didn't care where I was. Not only the front desk lady but also the nurse and doctor told me that I should not have been recommended there. At that point I was pissed because I don't care if yall go to management at all just take care of me. As soon as I can I will be getting new insurance. This place was an absolute joke. The doctor was the nicest one. I had told the doctors assistant that the dizziness happened again and they did absolutely nothing. I do not recommend this place nor do I think it is safe to go to when you are sick or worried about your well being.
