This office is the best office in the city of powder springs Georgia! I was gone away with another insurance provider for a whole year. I cannot wait to get back to Wellstar and get the service from Lindsay Richardson and Chelsea in the front office Staff. They are a phenomenal team. They missed me and I truly miss them they cater to whatever is that I'm explaining to them about my health and what we can do to get back on track? I'm truly grateful to be back with them.

Upon checking in, the person told me that my picture had expired and both my husband and I were, because we were there at the same time, were very confused by this wording. What she failed to tell me and what we figured out afterwards was that my license had expired. And there's a big difference because we thought that there was something wrong with my chart, something going on that way. It wasn't until we were trying to figure out what else could she mean that we pulled out my license and looked at it and lo and behold. So why didn't she just say, ma'am, I just want to give you the heads up, your license is expired. That would have been most helpful, but that's not what she said. She said
