Upon checking in, the person told me that my picture had expired and both my husband and I were, because we were there at the same time, were very confused by this wording. What she failed to tell me and what we figured out afterwards was that my license had expired. And there's a big difference because we thought that there was something wrong with my chart, something going on that way. It wasn't until we were trying to figure out what else could she mean that we pulled out my license and looked at it and lo and behold. So why didn't she just say, ma'am, I just want to give you the heads up, your license is expired. That would have been most helpful, but that's not what she said. She said

And just overall bedside manner of Lindsey, I'd like to really commend her for that. And also Chelsea's friendliness and just the comfort, overall comfort that I felt in the doctor's office from beginning to the end. Thank you. Oh, also the lady who took my blood, she did an excellent job. Sometimes I'm a hard stick and she got right to it. She didn't have to stick me more than once and it was over quickly with very minimal pain. Thank you.
