So Lindsay took time to translate the medical terms that I did not understand and give me some peace of mind. Thank you so much!

Linda at the registration desk is always kind w/great customer service, very discreet when asking about paying your balance down. Chelsea the CNA is always jovial and sweet and really cool! Gladys the phlebotomist on this day was working alone without help,every seat filled and some patients were standing and she was still kind, patient and understanding to ensure I was taken care of under pressure. Lastly... I love my PA, Dr. Lindsay! She is very much a kind, gentle, understanding and make sure you get all your answers before she dismisses you.

I have been coming to this particular location and seeing certain doctors for the last, what, 15, 20 years, and each time it's just been above and beyond. Especially the recent doctors that I've been seeing, Dr. Lindsay Richardson, she is absolutely the best. She's very attentive, she listens, and I really do feel, and I told her this too, I do feel like she care about my health and my being, and I just appreciate the attendance and the treatment that I get from this location, from the front office staff all the way to the nurses and the doctors. It's just an overall great experience for me, and that's why I continue to keep coming there. And I have told all the people about the practice
