Dr. Lammert and Jackie Kilgore are the reasons I continue to come back. Dr. Lammert addresses my entire being she's a great listener and truly cares about her patients. Jackie is always available to answer questions as well.

Dr. Lammert and her staff are exceptional. Very thorough, pleasant, and informative. Dr. Lammert took the time to answer my medical concerns and provided the necessary guidance. The office staff is very efficient, and it is a pleasure to work with staff members who know me (the patient) instead of a "number with an unknown identity"!

It's been almost a week since my physical and bloodwork and I'm still waiting to hear from my doctor on her assessment of the results. Otherwise, I like every aspect of my doctor and front office staff. They were very polite and helpful.

I thought using the virtual visit was outstanding given that I was only there for a follow-up blood pressure check and didn't want to be exposed to people with the flu. I appreciate being able to do that and felt like I got just as much out of the virtual visit as I did in person.

The time waiting was a little excessive. I was not called back until 45 min after my appt and then had to wait another 20 minutes to see the dr. I had to wait almost 45-1hr for lab work. My appt was only about 10 minutes long but was at this office waiting for more than 2 hours from arrival to leaving. It would be nice to be able to get in and out faster. But I do like all the staff. Just do not appreciate the long wait times for each of my appts at this location.
