I am disappointed in the lab care at this office. They're friendly enough but a little short with patience. I have hard veins to find and don't like being stuck twice because they can't find a vein. This happened recently and I was a getting stressed. They said I could come back but that's a time waster. They have a sign saying "Don't tell us what you want!" I get it but talk about intimidating! If I try to tell them my veins are hard to find they roll their eyes so I keep my mouth shut. I'm sure they have a difficult job and get no thanks but it would help to be more compassionate and be open to information.

Yes, I went to the lab after my visit and they weren't successful in trying to draw my blood. I think I was stuck maybe three, four times and eventually ended up sending me over to the pediatric clinic and they did it on the first try. So if that can be improved, that would be great. Thank you.

My provider is amazing. The medical assistant who roomed me was pleasant however, I was not confident in the way she took my blood pressure. The placement of her stethoscope and the process is which she obtained my blood pressure manually was incorrect and she got/recorded a high Bp reading which I knew wasn't accurate. I had to ask another staff member and the Dr to retake my BP a few mins later which they did and the reading was more in my Bp range.

The person that took my blood at the on-site lab acted angry and was very unfriendly to me. I would hope that a person that works in your office , especially someone who is taking blood would be kind to your customers. I do not think this woman was a good representative of your practice.
