The time waiting was a little excessive. I was not called back until 45 min after my appt and then had to wait another 20 minutes to see the dr. I had to wait almost 45-1hr for lab work. My appt was only about 10 minutes long but was at this office waiting for more than 2 hours from arrival to leaving. It would be nice to be able to get in and out faster. But I do like all the staff. Just do not appreciate the long wait times for each of my appts at this location.

I can listen to Laurie Lammert just speak on health forever. She always has updated information, probably from continuing ed, and I just enjoy visiting with her. I go every six months for a routine checkup, and she's truly amazing, and her staff is as well.

1. Lammert is wonderful 2. Confused. Did online check in but none of my information was updated in Epic and we had to reenter it during the appointment 3. Lab was weird. Waited 45 minutes. No one at desk. No human to talk to. Very impersonal. Once inside they were very nice. But the lab needs work.

Dr. Laurie Lammert is an awesome physician. I would recommend her for anyone that would need care. She's totally awesome. The lab on the other hand, I have a huge bruise and my arm is swollen and so I would not recommend that particular person drawing my labs anymore.

I am disappointed in the lab care at this office. They're friendly enough but a little short with patience. I have hard veins to find and don't like being stuck twice because they can't find a vein. This happened recently and I was a getting stressed. They said I could come back but that's a time waster. They have a sign saying "Don't tell us what you want!" I get it but talk about intimidating! If I try to tell them my veins are hard to find they roll their eyes so I keep my mouth shut. I'm sure they have a difficult job and get no thanks but it would help to be more compassionate and be open to information.
