I thought using the virtual visit was outstanding given that I was only there for a follow-up blood pressure check and didn't want to be exposed to people with the flu. I appreciate being able to do that and felt like I got just as much out of the virtual visit as I did in person.

Dr. Lammert and her team are exceptional. Dr. Lammert does an excellent job of engaging with my husband who has dementia She talks directly to him, listens to what he says and then looks to me for validation or clarification.

Yes, I'm crazy about Dr. Lammbert. I think she's very kind and very thorough and she doesn't make you feel like she's in a hurry. Recommend her highly.

The time waiting was a little excessive. I was not called back until 45 min after my appt and then had to wait another 20 minutes to see the dr. I had to wait almost 45-1hr for lab work. My appt was only about 10 minutes long but was at this office waiting for more than 2 hours from arrival to leaving. It would be nice to be able to get in and out faster. But I do like all the staff. Just do not appreciate the long wait times for each of my appts at this location.

I can listen to Laurie Lammert just speak on health forever. She always has updated information, probably from continuing ed, and I just enjoy visiting with her. I go every six months for a routine checkup, and she's truly amazing, and her staff is as well.
