Yes, the experience, as usual, goes pretty good. It went very well yesterday. It had multiple nurses in, had one writing. I think it was very helpful. My kids, they like Dr. Newhall a lot and the resident. It was just an overall good experience. They listened, explained everything, helped us out with our concerns.

I like everything except the waiting time. The waiting time is too long. It took us two hours and 30 minutes to see the doctor and that's too much time. We can't spend all that time each time we're coming in. So the time is the period here. Thank you.

Hey, what would make you better is if a person had the choice of having a student examine their job, because it's a child. Because y'all are making it, like, mandatory for them to learn on the job type stuff, and they're not very experienced. It's kind of creepy. Because you can see the student is uncomfortable, which makes the parent uncomfortable. It's just really, it's creepy altogether. Give us the choice. to say no, we don't want a student president just like we do when we're in surgery, having birth, all of that. Give us that choice. Thank you.

I always have a pretty positive experience in the actual clinic. My complaint for this time was it took me 15 minutes to park from the time that I arrived on campus. I arrived at 1031 and I did not get up to the clinic until 1050. That's ridiculous. It didn't used to be like that. I used to have an easy time parking in the old parking deck, but since the parking decks have been rearranged since Wellstar took over, Parking is an absolute nightmare and there's always a million cars. I've come different times a day and I've had to park always on the fifth or sixth level and it takes forever. And with a sick kid, it is really unpleasant to have to drag them across the parking deck and down elevators or stairs. Also, the person that checked me in at the front desk was extremely rude. She spoke very slowly and very softly, didn't give accurate directions, and when I told her that I would like for her to talk faster,
